We had a great time, Donna’s place was exactly what we needed as a home base while we explored the area. Our area of the house was perfectly comfortable for the 3 of us, and well equipped for our visit. Thank you so much!

This place was huge and accommodated all 6 of us comfortably. There is a Jack and Jill half bath connected to two of the rooms, a full bath in one of the bedrooms, another full bath upstairs by the bedrooms and a half bath on the first level. Sunny was a great host and very responsive. As mentioned in other reviews, the house is a little dated but I believe he’s working on getting it updated. We did find a half full white claw can in the window in the dining area, assuming from the prior vacationers, but nothing extreme in the way of cleanliness. The floors and stairs can be a bit slippery if only wearing socks, so please be careful!! All in all, this was a great house and location!

We had a great stay. The place was perfect for our visit being close to friends, family and the city. Our dog was very comfortable there while on his first big trip.

Communication: Fast reply, we booked in last minute and Zoe instantly replied to make sure our booking details are attended. Throughout the trip they also communicated in an effecient and respectful way Place: Newly renovated modern style sqeaky clean basement suit, with high quality utensils. Beds on firmer side but very comfy. Hosts give attention to details for your best experience, such welcoming snacks, auto lighting on when going out in the dark , earplugs for each guest etc. very quiet with only occasionally upstairs steps even for super sensitive family members. Parking: Ample free street parking just in front of the place for two cars. Eco-friendly: Clear instructions on trash and recycling process. Visiting from US we definitely learned so much and really appreciate Vancouver s care to environment! We had a wonderful stay! Albert was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The home had everything we needed, especially a beautiful and functional kitchen and dining space for some group dinners. The area was quiet and safe, and had a fantastic view of the mountains. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Kristen’s AirBnB was amazing. We felt very comfortable, it is very spacious, stylish and well equipped. The location is perfect for people with dogs like us, with Trout Lake right outside the backyard. We really enjoyed our time :)

Travis was very helpful throughout our whole stay. We loved the cozy house in a quiet street and even more so set back from the street. We stayed there with two families (two adults plus two kids each) and there was plenty of space for all of us - also for dining inside and out on the terrace. We made use of Travis' barbecue once. The area is lovely with its historic houses and there are supermarkets within walking distance as well as restaurants and lots of lovely cafes. The kitchen is great and even though you are expected to replace things when they run empty, which goes without saying, it's great to stay in a house that is usually lived in and you don't have to start buying everything from scratch. The only thing that didn't go well was that we had booked for the 8 of us but there were only 7 beds available. But since Travis is quick on his communication we could resolve that swiftly with a self-inflating airbed stowed in the house. All in all we can totally recommend Travis ;-)

The Airbnb was a great spot to stay. Me and my friend needed a place to stay for the weekend in Vancouver and Cindy made us feel welcomed as if it’s our own home. She was a great host, very easy to communicate with, and cares for her guests. I arrived earlier than my check in, and Cindy made sure to help accommodate me with whatever I needed. The host in all in all was great. The Airbnb was a great place to stay at, beautiful view. Was in downtown which made everything walkable. Airbnb is very clean and fitting for families who are visiting that need a place. Overall a beautiful Airbnb that’s affordable and amazing host I don’t see a reason why you shouldn’t book it if you are thinking about it. Thanks Cindy once again!

Lillian was wonderful with our check in, we ran into some issues at home and ended up having to leave late , she was attentive and made the process very smooth. The space is great if you are in town to go to an event, we were here for a hockey game with our teenage boys and the space was very comfortable for the 5 of us. The kitchen is very limited so if you’re a big cook you may run into some shortages but other then that it was a lovely stay and reasonably clean. The view is absolutely stunning especially at night! The beds were comfortable and there were tons of pillow options along with extra blankets if needed. I highly recommend Lillian’s place, and for the very convenient location the price over all wasn’t bad. Bonus to be right at a skytrain station made going out and exploring great we were able to leave our vehicle in the secure parking and not worry about transportation! Thanks Lillian !

Spotlessly clean. Fantastic apartment for our family of 5. Amazing location right next to the sky train and Rogers Arena (highly recommend going to see an ice hockey game!). Supermarket just round the corner. Lovely views, the apartment has everything you need and we made good use of the swimming pool and hot tub which is really big. Overall we had a fantastic stay and the host was very responsive.

Great place to stay in Birch Bay! Dan and Sherri were great hosts, the condo was very comfortable and had a nice view of the bay. Very responsive and answered all our questions promptly and clearly. Would stay here again!

Was the perfect getaway for my wife and kids! Pool was amazing and great fun for our kids. Place was clean, quiet and it was the perfect peaceful location for a relaxing weekend! Can’t wait to come back!

This was such a perfect getaway for a couple looking to relax in good weather. The hot tub, firepit, and tiny home were very comfortable. The friendly farm dog and a visiting cat were a real treat. We loved the location close to bicycle trails, wineries, and the charming town of Fort Langley complete with its bookshop and mason jar store. A lovely getaway!

The hosts were amazing, the pictures of the place was beautiful but once you get to the location it is even a more beautiful place. My family and I loved the stay. It’s just an amazing experience for everyone.

Wonderful suite on the lower level of a character house in East Van. Quick, kind communication.. clean thoughtful space, beautiful little patio zone.. super close to everything on Commercial Drive and just down the road from a fantastic park (open green space, community gardens, tennis courts with views of the mountains!) Mieke was kind to let me check out late as they didn’t have someone arriving today which made my travel much smoother. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. You can hear the family upstairs from time to time but even less than I expected. Bed seemed very new - firm but comfy - having laundry is always a bonus. Loved it all. Thanks!

Virpi is a helpful, responsive, and accommodating host. We appreciated that the unit is well stocked (lots of extra blankets, enough dishes, laundry detergent that we could use, etc). It's worth noting for us because we are a family of five and have stayed in too many places where this isn't the case! The unit was simple and clean and a great affordable option in the area.

Bluebell’s cottage was the perfect place to stay for the weekend with close proximity to Ganges. It had a beautiful and private garden. When I reached out to Stephanie to let us know our approximate arrival time, I asked about whether fire wood was provided for the wood stove. It was and when we arrived a fire was already started, waiting for us. The kitchen was well appointed and included supplies for coffee and tea and some snacks. I look forward to coming back to this cottage again in the future.

This place is a daylight basement with partial view of the bay and a great view of the stream that runs from the south edge of Birch Bay State Park north to the bay. We saw lots of bird activity. The place is tastefully decorated in a seaside theme and is quite spacious, especially for only 2 people. There are plenty of beds for a medium family. 2 Kayaks with PFDs were provided and we were able to launch from the stream bank just below our apartment and paddle upstream to the State Park. We even managed to disturb some eagles so got to see them flying over us chattering and screaming as we paddled by. Be aware that there is only a toaster oven and charcoal grill for oven type foods. The stove top worked well for us. There is also a nice microwave and full sized refrigerator. The hot tub was a nice addition. The bay way easy walking distance away. The public walking path and beach was a bit further north and was a very nice walk for us, and there was plenty of parking for access too.

Loved our stay! Heads up there is no freezer, but the place has everything else you would need. You can hear footsteps & vacuuming from the hosts living above, but otherwise was a very quiet spot in a great location! Perfect for exploring the island. We really appreciated the snacks and local recommendations!
