The house is fully renovated in February 2023.Located on Acharavi Beach 30 meters behind VILLA YIANNITSIS Ap.1. It includes 2 bedrooms, living room (with sofa bed), bathroom and fully equipped kitchen ideal for couples and families. It has a shared garden and playground with VILLA YIANNITSIS AP.1. 800 meters away is the center of Acharavi where you will find restaurants, taverns, cafes, bars, supermarkets and banks. Next to the house there is a Pool Bar (Sun Rose) where you have free entrance.

Our cottage has been newly renovated and includes all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning in the lounge. It is set in a pretty garden set back from the main road, over the road from the beach, with a beautiful sea view and a large terrace. It is situated in the centre of the resort with only a 3 minute walk from the beach and within walking distance of tavernas, bars and supermarkets. We welcome children and pets. We have a free, large and safe parking area within the premises

ARIS HOUSE

Aris's house is an old stone house tucked in the mountains overlooking Acharavi bay at the North West side of Corfu Island. It is a family owned house for generations. Recently renovated to meet todays needs but bearing in mind the old and traditional aspects of an old farm house. The house is situated in a small cluster of rural residenses far apart from each other forming a small community. Guests will encouter the tranquility of the scenery blending with the fresh mountain air.

Charming Cottage with a view in North-East Corfu

The small guest house is pretty new and ultra-clean. You will like the view, seeing the mountains and the sea. The Interior is warm and cozy, and the thoughtfully finished lighting gives a nice ambiance when it is dark. You’ll find everything you’ll need for a pleasant stay. Although the accommodation is run privately, you’ll enjoy the comfort of a hotel, as a full-time housekeeper for the nearby main villa will assist you with everything you might need.
