Chalets in Cork

Mary & Jim’s place was the perfect stay during our time in Killarney! It is a beautiful oasis along a peaceful river and had all of the amenities we needed. It was an easy walk into town and close to Killarney National Park. Mary & Jim were very hospitable and were great hosts.

Lovely place to stay near Dingle (if you have a car) also very nice when it’s a rainy day and you want to have a cozy and quite night in. You feel right at home.

This is a tiny house so space is limited, but was still sufficient for us to spend a couple nights. The place was easy to find, thanks to the clear instructions, with parking right in front of the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfy. The location is quiet but not isolated. You can walk from there into Killarney city center, it takes about half an hour, which is great if you want to spend the evening in one of the pubs.

Eine unvergessliche Zeit in dem romantischen Chalet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben die Privatsphäre genossen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ruhig. Die Aussicht vom Berg war wunderschön mit dem Blick auf das Wasser. Perfekte Kulisse für einen Heiratsantrag, den mir mein Partner dort gemacht hat. ✨💍 Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un logement extrêment plaisant et relaxant. Se réveiller avec vue sur un lac avec très peu de passage est très agréable. Le logement était très confortable, même si les matinées peuvent être assez fraîches (deux chauffages sont disponibles). Il est possible de se balader à proximité, et ainsi pouvoir profiter d'une réserve d'oiseaux à une dizaine de minutes à pied du logement.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in dem Gästehaus. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Bucht waren super. Die beiden Hunde und Katzen waren super süß - wir mussten aufpassen, das die Katzen nicht in das Gästehaus kommen, wenn das Fenster offen war :D Jason hat immer schnell auf Nachfragen geantwortet. Das Gästehaus ist modern ausgestattet und es hat uns an keiner Einrichtung gefehlt. Wir waren mit 2 Personen nur für wenige Nächte da, aber man kann auch länger bleiben.

Lorna’s place is idyllic if you’re looking for peace and tranquility, with amazing quirky features all over her property. Ideal place for dog owners and one of the most amazing beaches in Ireland, Inch strand is just 15 minutes by car from Lorna’s place! One can continue further on the coast road to Dingle and the views were breathtaking! Staff were incredible and as I arrived too late for dinner in the most unusual restaurant onsite, they obliged by making me a takeaway vegetarian meal, and that was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of space to explore, stunning views over Dunmanus Bay, and lots of friendly animals we loved spending time with. The host family was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience feel even more special. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunsets, and explore the charm of West Cork. We would definitely love to come back!

Bean & Irene's home is ideally located overlooking Whiddy Island, in a remote yet very accessible part of Bantry. It is so beautifully decorated and designed. We had such a lovely one night getaway, and wish we could have stayed longer. It's also worth mentioning that the house was pristinely clean and had all the essentials needed to cook a meal. I really hope to stay again some time.
