Tiny houses in Cork

How blissful to lay star gazing in the jacuzzi after a long drive. And that bed-my partner was convinced the duvet was a cloud! We knew we were immersed in the countryside when we woke to birdsong & the cows in the field next door lowing! There's so much on offer in the locality - we had to prise ourselves away- very tempting to stay in one of the many sunny, comfortable spots (indoors or out). Our hosts afforded us privacy and were also only a phonecall or a knock away. As for creature comforts, there was plenty of hot water and we appreciated the availability of environmentally friendly soap and detergents and efficient recycling and composting facilities. As we had pre planned activities, we were unable to avail of renowned chef Chris' very tempting menu...next time!.

We loved staying in the shepherd’s hut and getting to explore Annascaul! The hut is beautifully designed and has a lot of thoughtful touches and amenities— we cooked a few times during our stay, and were very comfortable sleeping and using the nice shower. Áine and Micheál were incredibly warm and it was a pleasure to spend a little time with them and their family during our stay. Easy walking distance to Annascaul where you can eat, get groceries, have a pint or cup of coffee or tea, and go long walks on the river walk! Easy to get into Dingle town and other spots on the peninsula by car from Annascaul. We hope to be back very soon!

Daragh’s place was impeccably clean and tidy upon our arrival. We had immense views of Kinsale straight from the POD and were just a 2 minute walk from Charles Fort. Check-in was easy and Daragh was a wealth of information and super approachable.

What a comfortable and clean place to stay! Greeted with friendly hellos by the hosts. The room was very inviting and comfortable. The added touches of fresh milk for tea & coffee, fresh bread and Irish butter & marmalade made for a lovely start to the day. Parking is clearly marked and very convenient. The landscape surrounding the property is breathtaking. This was a fortunate find!!!!

Really nice spot to rest and the view of the sheep out back was adorable. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Chris and Bernie were so helpful and friendly. The home baked goods for breakfast were a lovely touch 😋. The pod is gorgeous and immaculate. Also a huge thank you to Chris for helping us with a flat tyre. We loved the animal's and that view was breathtaking 😍. We look forward to visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ur's House! The location is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. From the moment we arrived, Urs was warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and at home. Lounging on the couch in front of the stove with a DVD playing was just amazing. The house itself was spotless—neat, tidy, and very well-maintained. Everything we could possibly need was readily available, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a space that is both functional and inviting. Having no wifi and limited mobile reception enhanced the experience. I would highly recommend Ur's House to anyone looking for a serene getaway with exceptional hospitality. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Everything about this place is perfect. It’s tucked away on a mountainside with stunning views, just two minutes from Schull village, one of the most magical spots in all of Ireland. If you’re thinking of visiting West Cork, book this cabin. You won’t regret it!

Goleen Harbour is beautiful, the eco cabins are unreal. while they are probably a bit small for more that 2 people, they were ideal for us. We only stayed one night but we would definitely like to come back. the views and ambience around the site are incredible. We had our dog with us and he was so welcome everywhere in Goleen. We will definitely be back

Had a wonderful stay with Frances. She was an amazing host, very warm and friendly. The accommodation was lovely. So cosy and a great place to get away to and have a rest by the fire and watch the cows wander by the gorgeous windows. Would stay again and was definitely one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed in. Had a lot of personality and very cosy

David was friendly and helpful right from the first contact. He provided clear instructions, making both check-in and check-out smooth. The place was spotless, quiet, and perfect for an overnight stay. While there aren’t many food options nearby, it’s easy to reach restaurants and shops with a short drive. I’d definitely recommend staying here and I’d happily book again.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig. Man ist schnell am nah gelegenen Strand und in der schönen kleinen Stadt Youghal. Auch Cork ist mit einer knappen Stunde Autofahrt schnell zu erreichen 👍 Ein weiterer Plus Punkt ist der sehr süße Hund Clara 🐶

I had the most beautiful stay. I was attending a cookery week in nearby Ballymaloe & stayed for 4 nights. I think it was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. It was so peaceful and relaxing , the decor was stunning . The bed was so comfortable & the views to die for . I hope to come back some day .

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Padraig’s Orchard Lodge! He was communicative, helpful, accommodating, and made sure we felt right at home. We especially loved the personal touches of the fresh-baked sourdough, the toys available for our daughter and Padraig’s willingness to introduce our daughter to his and Fanny’s chickens, which she thought was the absolute coolest! We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it as your lodging for visiting all that County Cork has to offer - especially adorable Kinsale and the gorgeous coastal views of West Cork!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich einmalig und wunderschön. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Kühe direkt nebenan haben alles perfekt abgerundet. Wir sind so gerne in der Gegend spazieren gegangen und haben die ruhige naturbelassene Landschaft und Umgebung erkundet. Zum Strand sind es wirklich nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Unterkunft selber hat alles was man braucht, von Bad- über Küchenutensilien etc. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Unser persönliches Highlight war Patch, der kleine Hund hat uns den Aufenthalt noch etwas verschönert! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Dire che la casa di Elisa è magnifica è riduttivo Immersi nella natura, gli unici “rumori” che si sentono sono l’acqua del fiume, gli uccellini e l’asinello che raglia e per noi è stata un’esperienza bellissima Pace e silenzio, senza internet! Cosa bellissima se vuoi staccare la spina La casa è piccolissima ma ha ogni comfort, graziosa e ordinata Elisa ci ha fatto trovare già l’ambiente riscaldato e questa non è una cosa scontata! Consiglio assolutamente!!!

Eine unvergessliche Zeit in dem romantischen Chalet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben die Privatsphäre genossen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ruhig. Die Aussicht vom Berg war wunderschön mit dem Blick auf das Wasser. Perfekte Kulisse für einen Heiratsantrag, den mir mein Partner dort gemacht hat. ✨💍 Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is a wonderful location, with access to a peaceful yard and outdoor eating area, with birds singing and a view of the ocean. It's two minute drive to Garryvoe beach and the delicious Ballycotton seafood factory shop and Ballymaloe farm shop are both less than a mile away. The shipping container is clean and comfortable, with a thermostat to keep the temperature at a comfortable level and with every other convenience.

Our second time to say at Olivia and Andrew’s Airbnb, couldn’t recommend more - beautiful location, perfect airbnb and amazing hosts!

We had an amazing experience at this wonderful place! My family and I loved every moment. The space is cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. My daughters absolutely loved the hot tub—it was definitely a highlight of our stay! The host was very attentive, and communication was excellent. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and unforgettable moments. We will definitely be back!

I thought it looked quaint from the photos but it far exceeded my expectations. A lot of love and attention to detail was put in the layout and construction. It was simple yet met all the needs and easy to keep warm. The silence and serenity were golden. Tinkerbell the pony was delightful as well and we really enjoyed the book collection. There's a lot of scenic roads and little villages near by too. I feel the Beare is very underrated. Thanks to John and Siobhan for the treats and sharing your bothy. :)

absolutely fantastic property in beautiful surroundings looking out over the water. the cottage was perfect. spotlessly clean and very comfortable with 2 patio doors letting in light and the view . I'd definitely recommend this place our only regret is that we wish our visit was lengthier. Julie was a very helpful and friendly host

We were so sad to leave this tiny house, we felt right at home here and had everything we needed! David was always super helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The space is comfy and cozy, clean and has the basics for cooking a nice meal. The view from the windows was stunning and though the hut is close to the family home, it feels very private thanks to the fence and schrubs surrounding it. The location is great as well with plenty of beautiful beaches and villages to explore nearby. Would highly recommend it and would love to stay here again!
