This is a lovely king studio/efficiency apartment located at MP 7.5 in Kill Devil Hills. TOTALLY PRIVATE with a full kitchen + bathroom. Separate from the main house & with a private exterior entrance. Very little if any contact with the owner, but readily available. This Airbnb is loaded with everything you need. Centrally located, close to shops, restaurants + entertainment!

Our dock on the bay is a perfect place to enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the water. This listing is for 4 guests, perfect for couples, small family, or friends. Another airbnb rental cottage is on the same property to the right, there is shared parking and dock access but no living spaces shared.

Enjoy the feeling of being at a resort with the beautifully landscaped yard and access to the pool, putting green. Enjoy a stylish and relaxing experience in our renovated Kill Devil Hills Bungalow! Our central location is ideal when it comes to enjoying all that the Outer Banks has to offer. We are located just a short walk, bike or drive to the beach, with plenty of public beach accesses. Just a short walk away, enjoy endless sunsets and a large trail that runs for miles along the water on Bay Drive! Around the corner in either direction are plenty of shops, dining and entertainment.

Summer fun at Summer Salt!

Awesome off road getaway! You will need 4 Wheel Drive (not awd) vehicle to access the property as there are no roads. Newer construction on the beach in Carova right next to the wild horse preserve. You will likely see horses on a daily basis! Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with 3 deck areas to enjoy the ocean views, sunsets and breezes! Easy walk to the beach, parking passes included. New party deck with hot tub, grill, table, seating and string lights.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!
