This hip, comfortable home is 2 blocks from Sail Bay & 7 blocks from Pacific/Mission Beaches. 3 bedrooms, each with memory foam mattresses and natural light (2 of which have very nice work spaces). The private back yard with grill and lovely garden is unheard of in PB!
