We loved our stay here! We traveled with four adults/two couples and the place was perfect. The view was incredible, and everything was in within walking distance- the airport, restaurants, groceries, etc. Pista also helped us with a golf cart rental, which we appreciated. All four of us highly recommend this place if you travel to San Pedro!

Some nights there is considerable noise in the area and the beach is not for swimming.

What a beautiful place. From the moment we checked in we felt right at home. Margo was there to see that everything was in order & if there was anything we needed. The décor is absolutely beautiful. The bed very comfortable & the night breezes with the screened windows open, AMAZING! There is air conditioning though so don't worry if you're not the windows kind of person. Lol. Kitchenette has all the basics you may need if you want to throw together a nice breakfast or small meal. Large, bright shower with waterfall showerhead. So relaxing! The palapa overlooking the lighted pool & bay is wonderous for a morning coffee or evening cocktail. (or just hanging out) Great place to do a yoga practice in the morning too. Margo was sure to leave a notebook with information on things to do, places to eat and more. And if in doubt, she was a phone call away. We took the sunset cruise. Kyron was our captain. Recommend it. Was lucky enough to see a few dolphins too! We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset. The layout was perfect for my family. Loved the views and the peacefulness. Would definitely stay here again.

Dora's beachfront spot is just magic! It's our 2nd stay here. Rooms are spotlessly clean, lovely decor, amazing bed and a great place to watch the world go by.Dora and Gustavo are great communicators. we highly recommend staying here We love it here.

Jonathon’s place was exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the pools, hit tub, and bar. Some days we didn’t even leave. We transited everywhere via a rented golf cart. A pickup dock for excursions is also close by. Do yourself a favor and book now! It was a great experience.

Once again we loved our stay at Sapphire. a previous review said that the shower was not hot, we had no problems with this. The resort was very quiet this time and the restaurant and tiki bar were often closed. It was nice to have a washing machine and drier which we used a couple of times. didn't have to bring so many clothes with us.

Casa Miradores was the perfect choice for for us! Beautiful home, close to town but very private and peaceful. Excellent, friendly management staff. The amenities, pool, beach, rooftop grill, etc, made for an absolutely enjoyable week in San Pedro.

We loved our stay at Chefy's place! It was a perfect, central location to house us all and be able to explore all of Ambergris Caye.

We enjoyed our stay at the La Perla Del Caribe. The listing and photos accurately described both the location and the accommodations. The staff was amazing. They were kind, helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was exactly what we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate to return if our travels brought us to this beautiful island again in the future.

Villa Serenity offers the perfect blend of a private house and resort-like amenities. Upon booking, I was contacted by the concierge, Zoby, who went above and beyond to ensure our smooth arrival. Zoby arranged our airline tickets to the island, golf cart rental, and snorkeling tour before we even set foot on the island.Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and Zoby gave us a tour of the house and property. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The well-appointed kitchen allowed us to cook several breakfasts and dinners effortlessly. All the great reviews for Water’s Edge are spot on!! Gorgeous property with fabulous views! The doc makes it easy for excursion pickups as well as fishing. This property is perfect for a large family gathering or a group of friends with spacious rooms and on suite bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need for preparing food and drinks. Franz is the best! He and his wife were very helpful and extremely friendly when needed. We would definitely return!!

Marilyn and Salony took care of our party of 7 women and were amazing! Anything that we wanted or needed was taken care of. Marilyn booked a private snorkel trip to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Alley and we were picked up on our own dock. Marilyn kept in touch with me for the year that we had booked in advance. She was there for us at the airport on arrival and took the Coconut Cafe Ferry with us to the house to get us settled in. She also made sure we got back to the airport with our luggage upon return. We had rented a golf cart, although its not 100% necessary since the Ferry comes directly to San Pedro and much is walkable. She can arrange cabs or give you the phone number of a trusted driver. Coconut Cafe is walkable to the Villa, but be sure not to miss Akasha, which is at Anuna Resort on the same island. If you reserve, they will pick you up by boat and bring you back at no charge. The Villa had everything we needed and we enjoyed having a private pool. Would Recommend!

Beautiful stay with an amazing neighborhood vibe. Plenty of places to walk to for food and drinks. The Poolclub was one of our favorite spots

Nous avons passé 11 nuits au Brahma Blue Hostel, à 5, avec nos 3 enfants. Ce lieu a été parfait pour notre séjour ! Paisible, à distance du monde et du bruit de la ville, propre, très joliment décoré, dans les extérieurs comme à l'intérieur de l'appartement (le joli pliage des serviettes et les fleurs étaient très agréables et accueillants !).Les enfants comme les adultes avons bien profité de ce lieu, et de la piscine ! Les navettes en bateau conduites par le personnel très sympathique, toutes les deux heures, chaque jour pour aller et venir vers le centre de San Pedro nous ont bien plu. Quant au personnel, tous ont été très serviables, discrets et toujours présents lorsque nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Nous recommandons ce lieu si vous cherchez la quiétude sans être loin de la ville.

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

This is a resort, it's location and staff are excellent. Cleaners came daily and refreshed linens, coffee, and washing machine pods. Condo itself needs some updating, but we spent so.much time on the pristine beach that it didn't matter. Really high tax on all food/drinks, so be warned! We used the dock as an excursion pick up and drop off point, that was great. Very slow and even unresponsive on the airbnb app for communication before arrival. So, this is a resort and you check in at the front desk and have to put a credit card on file before getting keys. Check your bill daily .

Just what we were looking for: a lovely place right on the beach and in the middle of the San Pedro action. We loved sitting on the patio just relaxing and people watching: beach walkers, swimmers, restaurant patrons, people on snorkel and dive excursions. A minute away from the Caribbean Sprinter. We got to know the town well; we could easily walk to get provisions/groveries, and try a number of restaurants. Sargassum is a problem; the town spent a lot of time raking it up and removing it. We were still able to swim, and it's fun to do the inner tubes at Palapa Bar. Our place was very clean and cooking facilities were adequate. We thoroughly enjoyed being immersed in Belizean culture and beach life, and were sad to leave.

I would highly recommend you stay here not only because it is in a great location and offers you the option of a private pool, but our hostess was amazing! She responded to all questions immediately. For example, the coffee pot quit working and by that afternoon a new one had been dropped off. We were also shocked and delighted that the housekeeper came in mid week to refresh our towels and she even made our beds. I will definitely stay here again!

Definitely the perfect stay in San Pedro. Great location. Enjoyed my time there and definitely planning on staying there again when I visit San Pedro.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location and view. Walkable to great restaurants and bars. Water shuttle and water excursions were all close by. We rented a golf cart but only used it twice to get to secret beach (which there is a paid boat shuttle available) . Next door to a great restaurant especially breakfast. Would highly recommend!
