Stunning Historic Villa, Private Pool & 280° Views

Plunge into the private refreshing pool and marvel at the panoramic views across the bay. This villa reflects old-world Mexican sophistication featuring exposed wooden beams, hand-painted tiles, and colonial antiques alongside contemporary amenities. Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

Lovely Villa, Pool, A/C, 5 min walk to town/beach

Tasteful, sparkling clean, quiet retreat, close to all. Tres Palmas is one of 3 villas at The Casitas at Casa Colibri. Each casita is separate from the others and each has it's own private entrance and terrace. Tres Palmas is a 1 bedroom studio, a perfect space for 2 people or couple with a child. Queen size bed, living area with 2 couches, fully equipped kitchen with stove, full size fridge, microwave, all the cookware/gadgets to prepare meals, spacious bath, terrace with dining table for 4.

Villa Monte, as featured on HGTV's Mexico Life, is a stunning ocean view estate located at the top of Monte Calvario, more commonly known as Gringo Hill. The villa boasts sweeping ocean and jungle views from virtually every room, including all four bedroom suites. The most spectacular views are had from the third floor, open-air palapa, which features stunning ocean, mountain and jungle views. The villa only is 6 blocks from the center, but far from the bustle to feel like a jungle refuge.

Casa Patricia is a beautiful luxury villa nestled at the top of secure, gated Lomas de Mismaloya, just south of Puerto Vallarta. This spectacular multilevel estate is located above Mismaloya Beach and consists of 4 luxurious bedroom suites, a separate additional bedroom, and a 'game room' with attached bath and two large futons, 7 bathrooms and a half bath. From every level see nothing but glorious ocean, jungle and mountain views. The house is fully staffed with a chef, server and maid.

This villa has 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite baths and walk-in showers. The kitchen is new and is fully equipped. Large windows and patio doors enhance the expansive open living/dining room area and you're just steps from the front door out to the pool. You'll enjoy the outdoor terracing and surrounding gardens that opens up to the villa. **Please note - this unit was rented as a long term rental - that is why the latest reviews are from 2020 : )
