Bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto,angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi ) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .
