Two free public boat ramps are within five minutes of the house. Located 10 minutes outside of Temple and near Ft. Cavazos provides great shopping and dining options. Watch the Baylor Bears win in their stadium, which is a 45-minute drive from the property. The state capital of Austin is about an hour down the road.

Bring your boat and launch at the neighborhood boat ramp for fishing and watersports or take the kayaks and fishing gear provided down to the shoreline. Our family really enjoys our time here and we believe you will too!
