Vakantiewoningen aan het water in Costa Careyes

I feel very lucky to have spent nine days in this beautiful space. The terrace is big, open and bordered with plants. The living/bedroom area is attractively furnished and a good size. The bed is comfortable and the tiled bathroom has a good shower. There is a well-equipped kitchen accessible through its own entrance on the terrace. The whole space is very private and quiet at night. The apartment is a ten minute walk to the center of Melaque and a few blocks from the beach. There are many small, good, inexpensive restaurants nearby and a great cafe--Taza Negra--about three blocks away. The hosts Gabriel and Florence are jewellers who have a small store and workshop adjoining their space which is a large ground floor area below and quite separate from the terrace and apartment. They are warm ,easy going and interesting people who were welcoming and responsive any time I reached out to them with questions. This is in one of those Air BnB gems. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Excelente ubicación, privacidad, comodidad, ideal para hasta 4 personas Recibimos la habitación sumamente limpia y todo en su lugar. Es muy céntrico, acceso directo a la playa, acceso directo a la calle y todo lo tienes a la mano, banco, restaurantes, tiendas, etc

What a beautiful place, step out on the deck with your coffee and watch sunrise over a beautiful Lagoon,while Birds of all shapes and sizes soar around above. The pool and Landscaping are easily cover material for any design magazine. We felt safe, secure, and the locals are very friendly.

We loved being right in the neighborhood and interacting with the local residents. We are pickleball players and there are courts within a 5 minute walk. The yard is very private and the pool is great. We were there for little over 2 weeks and there were only other guests on the weekends Mayra, the resident caretaker is wonderful, she responded within minutes to any concerns. The place is a little rustic, but we really enjoyed it and it has everything we need. We didn't have a car and the walk to town took roughly 30 minutes. I would recommend this property

La estancia fue placentera, las fotografías coinciden y la ubicación esta privilegiada para disfrutar de la playa y el malecón. Gerardo como anfitrión es excelente persona que siempre estuvo al tanto de lo que se ofreciera y poder ayudar en todo momento. Sin dudarlo volveremos a hospedarnos aquí para volver a disfrutar unas excelentes vacaciones.

Fue una estancia placentera, la residencia cuenta con todos los servicios y excelente comodidad, de todas las habitaciones, el disfrutar de la alberca que era una de las cosas que se buscaba nos sorprendió el diseño y muy limpia, recomiendo si deseas pasar unos días agradables en barra de navidad.

Simple and elegant, the apartment was the perfect place for our time in Melaque. It was very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Just a block from the bus station and a few minutes walk to the beach. Neftali was an excellent host and made sure we were well taken care of. We hope to be back next year!

Gabriela’s place was great! This home was able to accommodate 14 members of our family comfortably. We loved how each room had its own bathroom and shower. It allowed efficiency and privacy. We definitely will be returning to Gabriela’s home.

A mi llegada la recepción fue puntual no tube que perder tiempo en recibir la casa, la entrega fue inmediata con indicaciónes claras de los servicios, el trato fue ameno y amable, la casa es grande cómoda y concidero qué aunque no está a pie de playa estamos en una distancia conforme o aceptable, cuartos y baños muy amplios tubimos unos detalles pero se solucionaron de inmediato, sin duda calidad-precio muy aceptable, espero regrese pronto.

Gran estadía, no tuvimos ningún problema. Recomendamos ampliamente la estadía.

We had a great stay in Barra de Navidad. It was nice to be able to take a 10 minute walk to town or a water taxi to and from the malecon.

Muy buen lugar para vacacionar en familia. La casa está justo como se describe y enseña las fotos. Carolina la dueña muy atenta con todo. Solo dos cosas cosas que cambiaría sería el refrigerador que en ratos daba toques, y el microondas que no calentaba, pero en general eso no afectó la vacaciones. Recomendado el lugar

Beautiful home, it was just what we needed for our family vacation. Host response time was awesome, answered all questions. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, clean pool, a/c. Would book again:)

la Aldea y en especial Casa Loki son sumamente agradables. Las casas son prácticamente nuevas y muy bonitas. Anneli y el equipo que la apoya estuvieron siempre prendientes, atentos y amables. la decoración y lo equipado de la casa sorprenden, todos los detalles estan sumamente cuidados. Anneli dejó fruta, chocolates y café de cortesia. La alberca común, la privada y la bahía bellísimas. Estar entre palmeras, escuchar el mar y sentir la brisa es una gozada. Gracias, recomendado totalmente!

el departamento muy agradable tiene todo lo que necesita en la cocina . nadamas el aire acondicionado tira agua en el pasillo se pone resbaloso el piso, poco espacio en la regadera incómodo al bañarte la cortina se te pega al cuerpo pero todo lo demás muy bien excelente sin duda volveré muy pronto

This was our third stay at Joyce's place, and we simply love visiting Boca de Iguanas. The condo is beautiful and spacious, with a terrace overlooking the sea that’s perfect for meals. The kitchen is super well-equipped, ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking. The beach is stunning—peaceful, relaxing, and spacious. Whether you want to swim, take a walk, or simply soak up the sun, it’s a fantastic spot. Joyce's property also features a gorgeous garden surrounded by the end of a river, home to a variety of birds and iguanas—an absolute delight to admire. Just a heads-up: there’s only a small store nearby where you can find basics like ice and beer for the beach. I recommend bringing your own food so you can focus on nothing but relaxing. Nely is always there to take care of anything you might need regarding the condo, and Joyce is very responsive and helpful if you need her as well.

Estuvo muy linda la estancia. El depa en general muy bonito y todo el club careyes Espectacular. Gracias a Gerardo por sus atenciones.

Nos encantó hospedarnos aquí. Un lugar super tranquilo, seguro y familiar. El lugar lo vale, la cocina súper equipada, los baños súper limpios y las recámaras también. Nos gustó que habia estacionamiento y todo quedara cerca.

The place was advertised! It is very peaceful, and there is a large pool. The zone was very quiet, with great views and an oceanfront. The host was very attentive and responsive all through the stay. I will be happy to return on my next vacation.

todo en orden a corde con el anuncio , un lugar muy tranquilo a pesar de ser temporada alta no hubo mucho ruido y la privacidad estaba excelente , solo con el comentario de por ser temporada alta el estacionamiento estaba bastante lleno y era muy complicado el acceso y la salída por las tardes
