Elegante attico di 135mq nel cuore del Barocco catanese, servito da ascensore, con terrazza panoramica su via Etnea, piazza Università. L'appartamento si compone di ampia zona giorno, con cucina attrezzata (lavastoviglie, forno, piano ad induzione, macchina del caffè), e due ampie suites matrimoniali con bagno privato. Dotato di aria condizionata/riscaldamento, WIFI, TV in ogni stanza, lavabiancheria, asciugacapelli, è stato interamente ristrutturato con uno stile ricercato, dal design moderno.

Appartamento di 120 mq con terrazzo: luminoso, silenzioso, elegantemente arredato in stile siciliano. Una vera casa ricca di personalità, con mobili antichi, ferro battuto, pietra lavica e terrecotte lavorate da sapienti artigiani che raccontano tutta la bellezza e la forza di questa terra. Le grandi finestre permettono sempre di vedere il mare quando si è in casa. Il delizioso terrazzo vi consentirà di godere di ogni momento: pranzare, leggere un libro e bere un buon bicchiere di vino.

Suite San Calogero has an amazing location in a vibrant neighborhood between the fish market and Castello Ursino. Walking distance are the famous fish market, the main square in Catania - Piazza Duomo and many restaurants and bars. It is located on the second floor of an antique building and it has been totally renovated with high quality materials, trying to preserve the original features like the sicilian cement tiles, the antique wooden doors and the amazing ceiling decorations.
