Vakantiewoningen in een villa in Coti-Chiavari

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

We really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings as well as the quiet environment the place offers. Lots of nice beaches around and access to the mountains pretty easy. Enjoy local food and restaurants. Ask the Canarelli’s for anything they will get you all the informations you need to go around.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Les instructions pour rejoindre le logement sont claires. Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons tout de même pu profiter de la piscine chauffée.

Un hôte très accueillant et à l’écoute , un bien exceptionnel qui mérite d’être découvert si vous voulez un bien proche d’Ajaccio , je recommande l’hôte et le bien sans hésiter !!

Wir haben eine Woche in Maés Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder fanden den Pool besonders toll. Das Haus ist groß, gut ausgestattet und liegt etwas abseits. Die Zufahrtsstraße hatte leider viele Schlaglöcher und war sehr holprig.

Jean Jacques a été très accueillant et arrangeant, merci beaucoup. La maison est magnifique , très Moderne avec beaucoup de charme. La piscine et la terrasse sont très agréables et l éclairage de nuit permet d y passer de très bonnes soirées. La maison est au calme et en même temps très proche de tout et d Ajaccio, donc très bien située. Les photos sont parfaitement conformes et Jean Jacques donne également des idées de sorties très appréciables. Je recommande totalement ! Nous avons un excellent séjour.

Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft und der Blick aufs Meer außergewöhnlich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Dusche. Selbst bei noch etwas kühleren Temperaturen hat man im Haus eine tolle Zeit. Der Pool mit der Terrasse und die Außenküche waren ebenfalls ein Highlight. Wir hatten tolle Kochabende und haben einige Tipps von Christophe und Armelle bekommen für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Es gibt einige Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung Vielen Dank

Un séjour idyllique, dans un écrin de verdure côté piscine et une splendide vue mer aux couchers de soleil rougeoyants… La villa est spacieuse, on y respire car elle est traversante au niveau de l’espace de vie. Une adresse comme on les aime, à conserver !

Maison très agréable. Confirme à la description. Calme. Spacieux et bien meublée. De petits ajustements de début de saison ont été nécessaires mais réglés instantanément. Nous recommandons ce logement !

La maison est vraiment très agréable, elle offre de beaux espaces de vie intérieur et extérieur. Elle se situe au calme avec une belle vue en restant proche de la ville. Elle est bien équipée. De plus Jean-Jacques est très accueillant. Je recommande !

Super séjour dans une très belle maison. Chacun y avait son espace on ne se marchait vraiment pas sur les pieds. Des couchers du soleil magnifique dans la piscine et une résidence très calme. Un tout petit bemol le lave vaisselle avait été cassé juste avant notre arrivée ducoup nous avions 3 jours sans lave vaisselle à 12 c'est un peu embêtant mais il a été remplacé ensuite et on avait été prévenu avant notre arrivée.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la belle maison de Delphine. L’espace extérieur est très agréable à vivre. Une maison très bien équipée et bien décorée où il fait bon vivre. Idéalement située prêt de Bonifacio et de la très belle plage sauvage de Balistra. Merci à Delphine et à Véronique pour leur réactivité.

Alles war super, die Aussicht und der Außenbereich waren unser Highlight. Im Haus waren kleinere Gebrauchsspuren vorhanden, was aber nicht weiters schlimm war. Die Kommunikation war super und schnell 👍🏼. Durch die gute Anbindung konnte man die Gegend auch sehr gut erkunden. Alles in allem eine Super tolle Unterkunft. Gerne wieder.

Stunning house and very well equipped. Ideal for famillies with children with direct access to the beach and a lovely grass area in the enclosed garden. Beautiful sunset every night! Emmanuel has been very responsive and flexible which is very appreciated however, it is a shame that we didn't get a proper tour / informations by the concierge about the property when we arrived, or at least the next day (as we arrived very late). Especially, as some of the bay windows were extremely hard to open or even didn't open at all, it would have been nice to have a heads up! But will definitely book again in the future, hoping those will get fixed.

Superb secluded villa located off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with a wonderful swimming pool: beautiful design and colour, and the views are stunning. The pool was heated during our stay late October which was very enjoyable and made our stay feels like it still was summer! The villa is as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located to explore southern Corsica (beaches and mountain) and visiting Bonifacio. The host was very welcoming and gave nice tips about the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

We drove to Corsica from London, so we were hot, tired and looking forward to relaxing when we arrived! And Jacques' villa provided everything we needed. We were greeted by his charming mother, who showed us around and left some cold water and coffee to start us off. The Casino supermarket is five minutes on foot, so grocery shopping is very simple, and the marina is a 10-minute walk, where there are restaurants and shops. As to the villa itself, we were pleasantly surprised - the pictures don't do it justice! It's spacious and well laid-out - the shower is fabulous, the bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage, and the kitchen is beautiful and has all the essentials like oil, pepper, sugar, etc. Outside, the pool and sundeck are a delight in the summer heat. An added bonus is the free bus that drops you off in the main town, which is bustling with bars and restaurants, with some incredible views across the bay. We loved our holiday here and would definitely come back.

Amazing place, beautiful views, everything as described. The house is modern, clean and well equipped. The hosts are very responsive and accomodating. I would definitely stay again!

Notre sejour chez José c'est très bien passé. Malgré un temps mausade nous avons pu profiter d'une vue incroyable et d'un confort très appréciable grâce à la qualite des prestations de cette villa au calme avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la baie de Santa Guilia. Les équipements sont de très bonne qualité, tres confortables, et la maison était d'une propreté irréprochable! La piscine chauffée a été tres apprécié de nous tous. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de José, sa disponibilité, sa réactivité mais aussi sa discrétion. Nous n'avons qu'une envie : y revenir!!!

We have just returned from an annual two families summer holiday and tried Corsica for the first time. We loved it there and a big part of that was this property. It's in a great location, Jean-Alexis is always contactable and welcoming, the outdoors is lovely, the indoors is simple but you have all you need. Would recommend.

Das Haus, die Terrasse, der Pool, der Garten…. einfach WOW! Toll, geschmackvoll angelegt und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und drinnen und draußen eine wundervolle Woche verbracht. Schöne große Küche mit allem, was man braucht, bequeme Betten, nach einem Tag in Porto-Vecchio oder Bonifacio, an einem der großartigen Strände oder bei einer unserer Wanderungen in den erfrischenden Pool springen…mehr geht nicht!!! Dank Francks Tipps haben wir unter anderem sehr lecker gegessen, und wir werden ganz bestimmt in diese tolle Gegend zurückkommen!
