The bathroom is downstairs. IMPORTANTLY- as an old house, the head height over stairs is very low, and top stair is inset. This property may not be for you if you have mobility issues.

You have the entire cottage to yourself with private off road parking for 3 cars with EV charger & private front & rear gardens. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area & Utility room. Living room with 60" TV, Sky, DVD & log burner. Bathroom with shower. 1st floor: Main bedroom - King size bed & 50"TV, Second bedroom with Double Bed & Wardrobe, Bathroom with Roll top bath.

Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

The Skyloft, Spratton - home away from home!

Accessed through its own outside door, the Skyloft offers light and spacious, heated first floor accommodation. As well as a comfortable double bedroom, it has a spacious living area with a kitchen area where guests can prepare their own breakfasts and microwave meals. It has 3 velux windows (with blackout blinds) which open and overlook the garden. Quiet village location close to the Kings Head pub which offers breakfast, lunch and fine dining. Local country walks, gardens and stately homes.

The Cottage is newly refurbished. It offers a blend of modern facilities with country charm and comfort for 2 people. The Cottage sits right next to our house with private parking outside the front door. Please note it is part of our property not a private space. We spend a lot of time tending our garden so are always around to help and offer information on the area. The village is well supplied with shops, pubs, restaurants and take aways. We are not set up for babies or children sadly.
