A log cabin for two on a quiet smallholding above Mulroy Bay, named for Davey John's eldest daughter, Margaret. Chalet warmth with a darker, more textured palette: a heather feature wall, a navy velvet sofa, a McNutt of Donegal tweed headboard. The covered deck has a private hot tub that looks straight out across the bay. There's a hot-stone sauna kept just for our guests, and a games room across the courtyard. A recently converted outhouse, which used to be home to some friendly pigs and a few mares, on an estate which is shared with the owner's house and their chickens, is now the ideal place to recharge those batteries. Situated in calm serene surroundings just a mile outside the seaside town of Bundoran, it's the ideal place to spend a few days exploring the area or just relaxing.
