Heartwell Cottage is a very modern large property Sleeps 15 in 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms New in July 2017 Large screen tv, leather sofa’s, 200 square meters of space, private enclosed garden in open countryside with unobstructed panoramic views. It has use of the shared indoor pool 10am to 10pm with sauna, hot tub and snooker room. There is a private hot tub on the patio option at additional cost. It has over 100 google reviews. Please note we accept pets at £40 per pet per stay.

Set within the Durham Heritage Coastline the park is surrounded by nature reserves and beaches. We provide all necessities including bedding, towels, toiletries, tea & coffee, TV, DVDs & games, Park passes are not included but can be purchased from park reception (optional). PLEASE NOTE: THE PARKDEAN FACILITIES ARE CLOSED NOV-MAR.
