KLEEMANN. This is a very special place. It has everything one can wish for. The Shannon river - a Marina deeming with peaceful cruises and house boats. Pleasant riverside walks. 3 pubs serving food to walk to. Paradise!!

The location is perfect. You will think yourself to be in paradise. The house is located on the tip of a peninsula with the Shannon waters rushing by on one side contrasting with the calm waters of a marina with mooring cruisers and house boats on the other side. The house is extremely spacious and airy offering views to the Shannon and the Marina on both sides of the property. The house is on 4 mezzanine levels with the living room as its centre piece (20 feet from floor to ceiling. 2 balconies

Trinity Island Lodge - your own private island

A private island to yourself, staying in an original stone walled lodge situated in 150 acres of forest surrounded by lakes which connect to the River Erne in County Cavan. 2 fishing boats included for up to 6 guests. Take in the view of the lakes and the 12th century Trinity Abbey. Enjoy the private walks around the island, following badger/deer trails, listen to the dawn chorus, meditate, read, write, take photographs, fish, take a trip by canoe, boat or float tube. The apartment is surrounded by water on three sides. It is bright, clean and spacious. Both bedrooms are en suite and the apartment is well equipped. It has beautiful views over the river Shannon and there are nice areas outside to relax by the river. Lanesborough has good restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. The apartment is 10 minutes from Roscommon town and is close to golf courses and many other amenities. You can hire boats/kayaks and and the apartment has a mooring for a boat.
