Lil’ Dock is a beautiful waterfront apartment over the garage with a private entry and deck overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique local shops. This property has only one designated parking spot and cannot accommodate trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check-out: 5:00pm on Sundays only.

Neuse River is 2 blks East leading to Union Point Park, Trent River & New Bern Grande Marina 5 blocks. Tryon Governor's Palace & gardens are in walking distance. Restaurants & Historic downtown New Bern are 2 blks. Art galleries, craft beer bars! Great for couples, solo folks, business travelers, bicycle racers, etc. If you would like to book for a month, please send me a request and I will open the calendar beyond the current setting of 3 months. Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.
