We absolutely loved this house. The inside was updated and very homey. It might be old bones on the outside, but it’s in lovely condition on the inside. The air units in each room were a welcome amenities so everyone could have heat/cold as they needed. The dining room is beautiful and great for having a large family meal. Location is perfect right next to the river, it’s close enough you can almost feel the water in the air from the front porch. The porch was a great place to start the morning, very peaceful and you can hear the river from there. Kids absolutely enjoyed having toys and space upstairs. My musically inclined teenager had a blast with the piano in the living room. Best feature hands down for Mom was the updated bathroom with double shower, built in seat and 20 minutes of the most glorious hot water. I couldn’t recommend this house enough! Host was super responsive and very thorough.

This was a great place to stay! Tracy was very responsive thoughtful. The cabin was clean and comfortable and well equipped for us to cook. The location is secluded and very peaceful. We could hear nothing but nature while we sat on the front porch. We will definitely look into staying here in the future!

Beautifully peaceful!! Home was very clean and decor was beautiful. Our kids had a great time hanging in the lower level as well. Such a fun set up for them. My husband and I loved all the kitchen/ grill essentials provided. It was so great having everything needed right there. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and spacious. The cabinets were stocked with anything you may need while away. The beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint would be the look of the neighborhood behind the home. Maybe a privacy fence would help for future guests.

We loved our stay here. We spent a week hunting public land in the area and this home was a great place to call camp. Tons of close by hunting opportunities also.

Hiner’s Hollow is an ABnB gem! This was our second trip and won’t be our last. Nestled into the countryside just across the street from the green river sits this perfect little home. With 2.5 baths and 3 BRs it is perfect for 6 adults or family. We stayed there the last two Kentucky Derby weeks and enjoyed the races and the wildlife. Go see Shoe Tree lane! We loved seeing all the shoes in the trees. There is even a pair from Larry Bird! I highly recommend this rental. Not only is it clean and comfortable but Kathi is very attentive and friendly. We stayed at about 8 rentals a year and our trip here is a definite favorite.

Had a great stay clean and cozy , spent thanksgiving weekend there with family was a great place to sit and visit cook and chill out together! Would recommend! My family would also agree

The location of this place was amazing! Above some amazing restaurants and a short walk from French Lick Casino. Right in the middle of town, easy parking, and quiet building. Sam was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

This was an absolute find. Being from the area and going back to bury my mother not a hotel available. Surprised to find a beautiful airbnb in the area and at an affordable price. Just happened my sister in law knew Tammy and said “if Tammy has anything to do with it it will be spotless and beautiful” she was right. If I ever have to go back to Tell City I won’t even look for a hotel, I will immediately contact Tammy and Brian to stay at their beautiful place. Thanks for everything, it was perfect! Cute stay in Ferdinand! Conveniently located near downtown, which was perfect for attending our friend’s wedding! Very clean & such a cheery place!

Cory was a great host. Very helpful and friendly. She gave us a list of places to eat and things to do and checked on us after we checked in. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay there again

Marrianna was a wonderful host and great with communication. She was able to accommodate our late check in and was helpful with recommendations and making sure we didn't need anything. The house was as described and we appreciated that it was so reasonably priced. We'd stay here again if we're in the area.

We really enjoyed this loft! It was the perfect location, a 5 minute walk to the resort, but we were right next to some great restaurants and shops too! It was very spacious, clean, and quiet and we felt immediately comfortable. We would definitely book again!

The Nest was larger than I anticipated & felt like walking into home. The property location is convenient to downtown shops & restaurants as well as to big box stores and the interstate. Parking is readily available right next to The Nest's entrance. Joan is incredibly quick to respond to any questions & so pleasant to interact with. Thank you for hosting me!
