Kara's place was very comfortable and felt like home. The environment was very welcoming and it was made even better by the hosts. We loved going out in the mornings by the creek and going for little nature walks nearby too. Would definitely love to come back sometime.

Very cozy and great location right next to Shanty Creek Resort Hotel and very easy to get downtown Bellaire. You can either catch a ride to Schuss on the free bus transportation from the resort or take a quick drive. Overall great place for a romantic get a way!

We loved visiting the beautiful Shanty Creek. Our condo was clean, very comfortable, had everything we needed, and accurately described. I would definitely recommend!!

Great place to stay

Vicki’s place was perfect for our stay at Shanty Creek. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The surroundings were quiet and very peaceful. Vicki was able to respond to our questions quickly. We highly recommend staying at Vicki’s place!

Place was well organized, stocked with amenities. I even read some books they had lying around. Very convenient and peaceful to get away.

Great stay, small and cozy for 2 people. Bathroom shower / getting out is kind of tight but doable. A larger person might have more of an issue but over all would recommend. Pretty central in a small town

The home was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We only stay one night and wished our stay was longer. Definitely if we get the chance would stay at this Airbnb again!

Great location for ice fishing. Listing is accurate, spacious and clean. Will definitely book again and look forward to checking this home out for a summer trip. Host is very responsive, friendly and helpful!

Great place to go and very peaceful. Only down fall was family being separated, we all had a great time , a lot of walking around due to the kitchen and top deck where grill is all being to far apart, other than it was a nice visit

We had such a fun and peaceful weekend at Rob and Carey’s home. It’s perfectly between Houghton and Higgins! Even with a lot of things being closed for the season, we still managed to find some awesome thrifting options and yummy food around us. It was the perfect reset and the home has just about everything you would need and then some. Thank you so much for letting us stay and we hope we’ll be welcomed back in the future! 😊

Beautiful lake home. Everything is very nice & comfortable. We enjoyed the getaway very much. Loved looking at the peaceful lake. The updates are very tastefully done. Looks like a lot of time invested into every detail. It’s well stocked-lots of games too. Restaurants, stores, ice cream all within 5 miles. Highly recommend for R&R on a big lake. Thank you!

Place was very nice and surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Great place to fry away to. Would definitely go back. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna along with the video games and other activities inside.

Todd’s place was great! Super friendly host and very quick to respond. He went above and beyond accommodating our needs when we forgot something at the home. We are grateful we found this place and we will definitely be going back!

It was better than expected. The place was clean, amenities were thoughtful. Everything we needed was there. The host definitely had the guests best interest in mind. . Very pleased. 5 star host for sure.

This was a lovely place to sneak away to for a weekend! The Condo was easy to access (up one level of stairs). They made the best use of the space available and the studio felt quite cozy. The kitchen and bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with all the necessary supplies. The balcony was a dream, looking over Lake Bellaire. I also appreciated having the guest book, with local places to eat and things to do, and with contacts for local businesses. Our AirB&B manager was quick to respond and help with questions while I stayed for the weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at Navid’s Summit Shack and appreciate the host’s hospitality. The place was cozy, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of lake Bellaire.

Holly communicated very well and answered questions very quickly. The home is beautiful and clean. Outside wild turkey and around 10 deer ran through to the valley below. It’s close to the shops and the lodge. We walked to dinner and drinks. I would definitely book again and would recommend this place and Holly!!! This a nice condo for our family during a ski weekend. The accommodations were comfortable and less than 10 minute drive to the Cedar River Lodge and purple chairlift. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a full day of skiiing. Deb was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our dog when our boarding plans for him fell through.

We had a wonderful weekend away! Cheryl’s recommendations were so helpful! We enjoyed the area and had a peaceful stay.
