Lakefront Cabin on Lake Margrethe with beautiful views. If you enjoy spending time outdoors fishing, swimming, boating, or just relaxing on the dock this is the cottage for you. If you like trail riding the trail heads are near by. Bring your boat or use our row boat. Free boat launch about a mile away. Enjoy the sandy beach and clear water. We are pet friendly, but please do not allow pets to go into neighbors yards. Do not park on grass Summer months weekly rentals only. Friday to Friday.

Enjoy reading a book in the screened in porch, or down by the river. You have access to the heated community pool, sand volleyball Court and playground. Spend the day fishing, canoeing or kayaking down the Au Sable river. We are centrally located among some of northern Michigan’s best golf courses including Garland, Treetops and Michaywé.

Historic river cabin on the famed AuSable River. Newly remodeled the cabin is nestled along the 'holy water', a fly's only catch and release section of the AuSable. The cabin has two bedrooms one bath and kitchen- living area combined. Outdoor grill with fire pit on the river bank with firewood. Wadable fishing right out the cabin door. Pets are considered, dogs only. Breed and number of dogs to be disclosed at time of inquiry. Pet fee / $50.00 per stay Owners live on property.

If you desire to spend some time in nature in Northern Michigan while having very comfortable accommodations, a lot of privacy, and the ability to do some kayaking, canoeing, and/or hiking onsite, you have found the spot! Cabin On the AuSable

River front cabin on the South Branch of the AuSable river. Canoe, swim or fish in front of the cabin. Knotty pine interior with log rafters for that up-north Michigan feel. Great central location in driving distance from everything Northern Michigan has to offer. 2 kayaks and 1 canoe are available to enjoy on the river as long as you have a way to get them back safely.
