Access to a nice private boat ramp at the top of Lake George and a place moor your watercraft. Silver Glen and Salt Springs are just a boat ride away.

The unit is above the two-car garage where you enter to go up stairs to the 500 square foot apartment. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
