What a wonderful place and experience! You know it’s an amazing stay when Mondray asks you if there is anything that we didn’t like and we had 0 complaints! Clean, up to date, great location, great rooms, incredibly tasteful furnishings and pretty much everything you need from a gateway. Would not stay anywhere else! If you love nature and love design then this is the place for you . There is a sense of calm as soon as you walk through the gate and look through the incredibly well designed space toward the river . There are views everywhere and you immediately feel part of the wonderful natural reserve . The interior is a unique space with everything you need to feel part of a special place . Charlene is a truly responsive host . She is a wealth of knowledge about the animals in the area but more than that is an incredible host . It’s a privilege to stay at her property . Any stay will be truly special and highly highly recommended .

This is by far one of the most beautiful places to stay in the Kruger. The drive from the airport is scenic and the roads are good. John was extremely good at communicating all important information as there is a lot to be aware of due to the magnificently wild location and experience. It's also close to malelane gate. We went with family and friends and small children and because we love nature and the bush experience everyone was spoilt. We saw lions on entry into the reserve which was an amazing way to begin the trip. Access is efficient and quick and if we hadn't wanted to go into Kruger we still would have had amazing sightseeing in the reserve. we did a game drive on our first morning and the guide was very knowledgeable. Our kids spent all day swimming and sitting next to the fire at night. The kitchen and braai area had everything we could possibly have needed for preparing meals and picnics for our trips into the park. Thanks for a stunning and memorable holiday ✨️

Perfect balance between luxury and bushveld living. Everything is there - all amenities you may. We felt right at home. Kids enjoyed viewing the game safely from the veranda. And it is very convenient that Marloth Park is so close to the Crocodile Gate @ the Kruger. Looking forward to our next visit at Selah on Butterfly. Thank you to our excellent host Pauline.

A clean and luxurious home right in the heart of the bushveld. We absolutely loved our stay. The kids had a great time in the pool, and we all enjoyed watching the impala grazing on the plain—occasionally joined by zebra, giraffe, and kudu. A truly special experience!

I booked Genet House Holiday Home for my family, and they had an amazing stay! They loved the spacious and well-designed house, and the wildlife roaming nearby made it even more special!!! Andy was fantastic hosts, making them feel welcome. The check-in was seamless, and the location was perfect—peaceful yet close to Kruger. They had an unforgettable experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Very spacious, neat, clean and beautifully furnished. The host was very communicative before and after check in assisting with even the smallest details. The air conditioning works wonderfully and is an absolute necessity for the area. Whilst we didn’t need it, the back up power gave us peace of mind and is something we always look for when booking accommodation in SA. The Trellidor surrounding the patio is also a great feature. The pool was clean and well maintained and the water was the right temperature for swimming. The daily cleaning was very convenient as were the en suite bathrooms in every room.
