This is an older home for the neighborhood & could use some updates but is very comfortable & priced accordingly.

The unit is located above our detached garage in the back of our property. There is also a patio area with chairs and a firepit that is open for use. Street parking is readily available. It's roughly a 15-20 min walk to downtown Kirkwood.
