The first time I walked into this condo I loved it. The surrounding trees made me feel like I was in a tree house. This Harbor East condo is located in the Ouachita National Forest, within close walking distance of one of the largest and most beautiful lakes in Arkansas, Lake Ouachita. You can enjoy sitting out on the deck watching the birds, squirrels and deer. There are plenty of windows and even three sky lights that give it an outdoor feel. It's a great place to rest and relax.

This lakefront renovated 500 sq condo is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood right off the Main Channel, on Ouachita River, close to the Dams chilly waters. The water stays cold due to that reason. Great spot for fish! Gorgeous lake/river views. This condo is located on the outside of hot springs. If traveling at night there are a lot of turns and dark roads. About 20 min to the main part of Hot Springs.

Fall/Winter Update: Water levels are lowered 3-5ft on Lake Hamilton starting Nov 1 and refills Mar 1 to allow for seawall and dock repairs. No boat slip or ramp access but beautiful sunrise and sunsets are still available while relaxing on the back porch with your favorite beverage. Take a stroll along the lake front property of the complex on the boardwalk or walk in our quiet residential neighborhood to enjoy fresh and peaceful surroundings.
