This was perfect for me, my daughters and granddaughter!! It was close to so many things and to Old Orchard Beach and the Pier. We had a great time there and would stay there again in a heartbeat!! Thank you!

This bnb was super nice and clean. Exactly like the description. Hot tub was a plus. I’d love to stay again in the summer to enjoy the lake.

A great house and location right on the water. We arrived well after dark, Tom came and met us at the property to make sure we got situated. Plenty of room for a family of four and more. We enjoyed the boats and fishing and hiking in the area. The game room was nice to have on a rainy day. The kitchen has everything you need. Really enjoyed our long weekend here.

Nice private area, close by to a few small-towns for groceries, gas, etc. Property was very scenic and often only sounds that could be heard were birds. Slept 5 comfortably and never felt crowded. 10/10

We had a wonderful time at this vacation house in Maine. The views were breathtaking and the cottage was cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Mark is an amazing host - kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. The house is in a great spot, walkable to the ferry/restaurants but a little quieter. Highly recommend!

As described in the listing, the cottage is cozy and seems recently updated, with a nice kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked, there's a tankless water heater so no issues with running out of hot water, and the house is very clean. The beach is a couple of minutes walk, as is a general store with sandwiches, pizza, etc., a boat rental company, and a restaurant. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but the owner was very responsive in terms of answering questions about what to bring, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean and well kept. It had a cozy charm about it. We enjoyed having a campfire. Nice chairs for around the fire were provided. We will stay here again hopefully in the summer when we can enjoy the lake.

Awesome place for our family of 6 to use for home base for a few days of skiing. Just what we hoped for. Cozy, comfy, clean. Hope we get the chance to stay again!

Had a lovely stay - Clean, cozy, easy instructions, perfect distance from Portland - Would rent again! Only wish we had gotten to enjoy the backyard chairs and fire pit setup. Comfortably sleeps 7 adults, and 1 little kid bed.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Debbie’s cabin. The interior is tidy, simply furnished and decorated with Debbie’s nice paintings. The heater worked well, but it was a little noisy. Luckily we didn’t need it through the night, so we were able to enjoy the peace and calm of the quiet lakeside location. Nothing like waking up to the view of that pristine lake. Some mornings it was so still it reflected the trees. We loved that. Water pressure was a little touch and go, but overall not a problem.

Absolutely loved our stay at this lake cabin! It's nestled right on the water, making it a perfect spot for peaceful mornings and unbeatable fishing. The sunsets over the lake are absolutely stunning — a real highlight of the trip. The cabin itself has a rustic charm, filled with unique vintage touches that make it feel cozy and full of character. It's quiet, far enough from the city to truly relax, but still conveniently close to town if you need anything. A wonderful place to unwind and make lasting memories with family. Can't wait to come back!

This was probably one of the better bnb’s I’ve stayed in. It was exactly as described. The host was very responsive to any questions asked and gave clear instructions on all information that would have been needed to know. Highly recommended staying here. It was a wonderful getaway!

Dianne’s place was just right for my small family of three! The place was clean and well kept and had all the amenities one could need and even more than we expected. There was some construction going on at the house next door, which was a bit disappointing, but just a reminder that the house is in a community and not to expect complete silence at all times. Dianne was very responsive and kind, and all in all we had a very lovely time.

The cottage was very comfortable. While there were many other houses/cottages on the street, it was fairly quiet (especially after Labor Day!), the walk to the beach was easily accessable, the salt marsh behind us was full of egret activity and very relaxing to just sit and watch the natural habitat. We had a wonderfully relaxing week, enjoyed the seafood and went on a couple daytrips to see lighthouses. A great vacation - just what we had hoped for!!!

Don’t tell anyone about Shelley’s place! We want to be the only ones to be there!!!!! We had a beautiful time ! Me, my daughter and her 2 yr old son. The lake is soooooo clear and relaxing. Canoed every day. Loons in the lake everyday. Went and picked blueberries and went to the children’s museum😃 Close to Portland! We’ll bring the Daddy next time! Thanks Shelley

The Loon's Nest exceeded our expectations. The cottage is in a beautiful setting on a peaceful lake. It is well appointed inside and out so that you have everything you need for an amazing lakefront getaway.

The cottage was perfect for our needs and had everything! Auria was extremely helpful and responded to us quickly! I would definitely stay there again!

Vianna was a truly world-class host from start to finish! We arrived late in the evening, and she went out of her way to make check-in as smooth and welcoming as possible by leaving the lights on for us—such a thoughtful touch that immediately made us feel at home. The Airbnb itself was spotless—immaculately clean and clearly well cared for. Every detail was thought through to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The outdoor fire pit was a highlight; it was perfectly maintained and made for some cozy, memorable evenings under the stars. Vianna also provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and activities in the area, which made exploring so much easier and more enjoyable. Thanks to her tips, we had some amazing meals and got to experience the best the area has to offer. Overall, this was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re considering booking—do it! You’ll be in great hands with Vianna.

Heather and Steve’s place is wonderful. Very clean, beautiful setting on little Sebago Lake. Heard loons and had a cute family of ducks right off the dock each morning. Wish it had been warmer and we could have enjoyed the paddle boat. Lake was so clear. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was stocked well. Good cookware. Location was good. Enjoyed hiking at the Lowell preserve nearby. Yolked farm to table restaurant down the road was fabulous….It didn’t stand out to me from description that the bedrooms were upstairs and the bathroom was down stairs. Could be an issue if have mobility issues.
