This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Historic home located in the heart of Downtown Franklin. You will have half of this century old southern charmer all to yourself. The home is divided into two units with no shared spaces. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, parlor, and office space with a double bed...and private use of the Front Porch. The home is walking distance to Main Street with dozens of dining options, and is right in the middle of several Civil War sites. Franklin is about 30 mins from downtown Nashville.

Suite retreat in the 'Boro

Our private suite is located in a quiet, established neighborhood, yet we are five minutes from I-24 and less than ten minutes from excellent shopping and dining at The Avenue and the surrounding area. Free off-street parking for one or two vehicles is just a step away from your door. When you stay in our bnb, you'll have a separate entrance, so feel free to live as privately as you would like, but we're available if you need anything. We find that meeting new people always enriches us!

Welcome to our cozy neighborhood nook! We hope you feel right at home. You’ll be in a great location central to just about everywhere you’d want to go with privacy and off the street parking. The inside has been completely remodeled so everything is new. Large bedroom and bath. Full kitchen. 60” smart TV w Hulu Live, Netflix etc. Please reach out to us at anytime during your stay for advice on anything Nashville. We are both born and raised here so happy to share our local favorites. :)

Creekside Adventures

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our guest suite is very spacious and open. Many of our guest have let us know how inviting and relaxing it is to stay in. We also have a creek where our children use to play when they were little. Kids can easily play in it when the weather is nice but please be careful on the walls and stones. We also have a pool area that is available for swimming during late May through early September. We do not allow pets. No Parties

Page's Legacy: Winter Hideaway at the Lake

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Welcome to Urban Renewal. Located minutes from the airport and a few miles from downtown, it's the perfect location to take in the city, but retreat to the quiet and calm for a restful night. This space is newly renovated and connected to our main house through a door locked on both sides. You have a private entrance with off-street parking right outside your door. We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

Cozy Green Hills apartment (1 mi from Lipscomb U.)

Our 1-bedroom basement apartment features full-bath, kitchen, and a large living area. Just 10 minutes from downtown, it's set on a quiet street surrounded by nature. There is private entry, parking, and lots of personal touches. Families of students at Lipscomb, Belmont, and Vanderbilt love our proximity to the campuses. Couples love the quiet retreat from a full day of touring the city. Musicians love the upright piano and woody surroundings. And ALL are welcome!

This personal guest suite is a separate entrance to the left, backside of our brick home. Self check-in, Apartment style, Privately located, quiet neighborhood. Walgreens on the end of our street. 1 mile to Cedar Hill Park/Cedar Hill Disc Golf Course. 9 mins to Fontanel/Nashville Zoo, 11 minutes to Opryland, 14 miles to Cheekwood Art & Gardens, 13 minutes to Downtown & 5 Points area.
