We have retained the special architectural features found in this area (brick barrel ceilings, wooden beams, mosaic floor designs). There are beautiful views from the balcony and all main rooms. Casa Bianca is just steps from shopping, bars, and restaurants, and a short drive from beaches, mountains, olive groves and wineries.

Old 1800's rural house completely renovated with all comforts located in the outskirts of a small village in the Abruzzo pre-Apennines. 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast, 40 minutes from Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains (+2000 mt) and 2 hours by car from Rome. The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

Blokhut met geweldig uitzicht op de Apennijnen

De sfeervolle blokhut staat apart op een kleinschalige natuurcamping, tussen eeuwenoude olijfbomen. De hut heeft een woongedeelte inclusief keukenblok en een slaapvertrek voor twee personen. Rondom de blokhut zie je aan één kant de toppen van de Gran Sasso en aan de andere kant het hooggebergte de Majella. Het terras is beschut waardoor er veel privacy is. De gemeentelijke toegangsweg naar het terrein is een beetje steil. Op loopafstand is een pizzeria en een agriturismo.

The apartment has outdoor space to the North West of the property with a private patio with barbeque and seating, as well as access to a large Jacuzzi, run cool in summer as a mini swimming pool.
