The place is cozy and well-maintained, making it a great option for a stay with friends or family. Though the food options were limited, everything we ordered was delicious, and the staff was respectful and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and equipped with heaters, hot water, and electric bed warmers, which made the stay comfortable. However, there were frequent power cuts that occasionally affected access to hot water. Also, keep in mind that the property is located about 30 minutes outside of Srinagar, not within the city itself.

We had a truly lovely stay, and I must say, Rishi is an exceptional host. He went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable in every possible way. His suggestions for places to visit, dining, and shopping were always spot-on and reliable. The property itself is stunning and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. If you're looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city this is the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

We were a party of 12 returning from a trek and Khalid's place was the best choice for all of us. We felt right at home throughout the stay. Khalid had called me right after booking the property and informed about dinner and breakfast availability. I am glad he called because after an exhausting week, we were treated with great food and beautiful property. Our friends have bookmarked this property to share with their friends. I am grateful to Khalid's staff to have made us feel at home.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tahaam’s apartment in Srinagar with my family—my mom, my wife, and our three kids. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and care by Tahaam. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Whether it was assisting with local sightseeing, suggesting hidden gems, or sharing stories, his genuine care made our stay memorable. The apartment was impeccably clean, with hotel-like attention to detail. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was spacious and spotless, making it easy for us to prepare meals when we wanted. One of the highlights of our stay was the huge, beautiful garden. The kids absolutely loved playing there, and we all enjoyed picking fresh figs and plums. The garden was full of amazing flowers, adding to the serene atmosphere. The sunvilla is a great property to stay if you are in a group of around 10 members, 4 bedrooms with dining and hamam area with wonderful garden outside is a lovely experience, just 1 thing is missing there that is paid kitchen which i felt little disappointing as every BNB includes it but they clearly mentioned about that so not their mistake. Overall everything was great there and Mr. Faisal is friendly supportive man taking care of the guests very well.

The place is a little far from Srinagar city but if you’ve your own vehicle - it’s the best deal one can have in Srinagar. Very responsive host and caretaker and very well maintained house
