Great stay! Recommend to anyone looking for a great location.

The house was better than expected. Lots of lots and well decorated. Every bathroom was stocked with toiletries and products like a premium hotel. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend this location if traveling with a large family.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The house had everything we needed, including both espresso and coffee machines, which was a nice touch. TVs in every room made it easy for everyone to unwind in their own space. The heated pool was a huge plus, especially for evening swims. Also, the location couldn’t be more convenient—Tom Thumb’s, Chipotle, and Starbucks were just 3 minutes away. Perfect for families, we would definitely stay here again!

Loved the house, yard and hot tub. It was perfect for my grandkids. They loved the swing out back and the yard to play in. I loved that inside was kid friendly and I didn’t have to worry about them breaking anything.

We had a great family vacation and loved our stay. Between the pool, hot tub, large screen, Grill, and beautiful house, we were all happy and loved every minute!

Overall this was a great place. Check in was very easy, and checkout instructions were clear after messaging Thomas to confirm. The house was spacious and served our group well and the location was convenient for us. We were told the hot tub was in fact not heated when we arrived which was a bummer for our group but aside from that the house was very enjoyable to stay at. This is still a house to have on the radar if we come back to the Dallas area.

We enjoyed a bachelorette girls weekend at the property and it was a wonderful experience. The home was very clean and comfortable.

Sarah‘s house was perfect for our weekend in Murphy, as our friends live there. Sarah was very quick to respond to my messages and sent her handyman over right away to get the bathroom light switch to work. Kitchen was great! We didn’t use the hot-tub or outdoor area because there were several places to gather, talk and relax inside. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Plenty of towels, too. The Nest thermostat made it easy to adjust the temp at night. She was thoughtful to provide snacks when we arrived late our first night. The house is very large and in a quiet neighborhood. It worked perfectly for our needs and with some minor updating, it will be an awesome house! Great communication with me from beginning to end. Would love to stay there when we visit Murphy again.

My family and I loved everything about this property. The house was so comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, I didn't want to leave. Will definitely recommend this property and the hosts. Sandy and Jeff were awesome and made an unforgettable experience even better 😊

We had a great weekend. The house and pool were clean, we felt right at home. Roy gave clear, easy to follow directions and reached out during our stay to make sure everything was ok and that we had everything we needed.

We loved the house. Very clean and spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood. The owners went above and beyond to fix a hot tub issue while we were there, which made our kids very happy! Would definitely stay again!

This place looked just like the photos.! It was perfect.! Not far from the interstate.! Walmart was about 10 minutes away. They were very helpful when I asked any questions.! This house was amazing.!! The outside area is the chill spot.! He has tvs everywhere outside so you won’t miss any that your watching.!

I had an amazing stay! It looked just like the pictures, and in a very nice quiet neighborhood! The host was very easy to get ahold of and very good at communication! I will definitely be staying again!
