Very good communication. Easy instructions, great place for a big family in a quiet neighborhood. Place was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen ware. We even got to see fireworks from the theme park! Would stay again if the need arises.

We had a wonderful stay for our wedding weekend! The location was perfect—super close to our venue, which made everything so convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our host was fantastic—very responsive, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This place is actually a peacock sanctuary. So if you don’t like being around birds and their noises, this may not be the place for you. However, the property is beautiful. Very expansive, and the grounds people are there the whole time but make it feel like you are at a resort (you park your car in a dirt area and they golf cart you to the door). They uncover the pool and clean it and even helped setup our hibachi chef under the stars! This house had everything you needed. Don’t bring anything but food. They had spices, coffee, all cookware, even hair ties and coffee syrups. We stayed for a girls weekend and thought it was perfect and well worth the price. Again, some might not enjoy the peacock experience, but you get used to the “mating calls” :)

We chose this listing because of the proximity to a family wedding and other gatherings. We had 8 adults (4 couples) with plenty of room for everyone. We love that we had garage access with the number of cars we had. There were plenty of parks, side walks, and trails to explore in the area. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and there is access to the tennis court and two pickleball courts across the street. Our family took advantage of the open pickleball play on Saturday and Sunday mornings. We couldn’t figure out a way to reserve the pickleball court, but the open play was enough for us. We did not cook too much during our stay, but there seemed to be basic necessities to do so. The rooms did not have TVs, but this was not a problem for our group. Our family highly recommends this listing!

The place was perfect for our family and for our little toddlers. The house held us perfectly. The yard is gorgeous with grass everywhere to walk on yourself or to have your toddlers run around and get their sillies out. The Jacuzzi was a great thing. It was perfect. It’s large enough to hold enough people and the yard is just spectacular. The house is just a great great house. And the house was always available.

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

We had an incredible stay at the avocado farm! The place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as depicted in the photos. It provided the perfect environment for our family to unwind and make lasting memories. We loved being able to cook meals together, play games, and even enjoy movie nights in the home theater. The privacy was unbeatable—having our own space to relax and enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets was a real highlight. The location was ideal, with just a 20-minute drive to shopping, restaurants, and activities. The rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax. We also made great use of the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with everything you need for a fun and restful stay!

Incredible views! We loved our stay and plan to book again! Comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Plenty of outdoor seating options from which to enjoy the incredible views. Comfortable beds and all furniture in great condition. Only real complaint, if you can call it that, is the lighting outside the front door. Many positives to our stay

Thank you Khosrow and Nima for hosting our stay! They were very responsive to any of our needs and made sure we were well taken care of. I got to meet Khosrow and he is very kind and generous. As for the property, it was beautiful, peaceful, and scenic. Nestled away from beaten path but very close to the wineries and amenities. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio enjoying the scenery or in the open kitchen/living room looking out window. The property is big and it nice to be able to take a little walk around outside to see the vinards or various gardens. It made for the perfect getaway weekend. We would definitely come back if given the opportunity.

Great place to be with family and friends. The pool and spa are amazing. The kitchen is great if you are cooking your meals instead of ordering out. Love that all TVs were app friendly.

Forever & always will stay at Chunjiang’s home!! Every time I stay here it’s a 10/10. Love Chunjiang as a person & her home is amazing. Absolutely loved our stay! The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to local activities but still quiet and relaxing. Eric and Neda were incredibly welcoming and exceptional hosts. Highly recommend!

Sachin’s home was such a great choice for us, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Sachin was a phenomenal host, extremely attentive, and made sure we felt right at home. My husband travels for work and we will be frequenting San Diego, quite a bit. We hope to be able to stay at Sachin’s as often as possible, as this easily tops the charts for us of Air B n B’s we’ve stayed at, which we utilize constantly. Thank you, Sachin, for opening your home to us, and for being such an accommodating host! We look forward to our next stay in the near future!

The location is beautiful, and there are lots of amenities. The home itself is well taken care of and very clean. The host answered all of our questions and was really flexible. I definitely plan on returning.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Fantastic property with lots of privacy and beautiful gardens and pool area. We enjoyed the space and location to the parks and activities was central. We plan to rent this property again in the future.

This villa was amazingly beautiful inside and out The view was beautiful specially during sunset ..had an amazing time here my kiddos loved it would definitely book in the future . The host Elizabeth was so friendly and very kind..it's a beautiful home away from home ..

We were in town for a funeral and it was the perfect place to unwind, relax and visit. Comfortable enough for 8 adults. Everything was clean and as described. Chuchu was very responsive.

Nick’s home was great! There were 3 adults and 5 kids staying there and everybody had their own bed! The inside of the home was clean and very well stocked. It was the perfect location for going to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm (so much better than Disney!). It was also only an hour from Huntington Beach which the kids loved. Unfortunately between our busy schedule and some rain we did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities but everything seemed fine. I would definitely go back there again.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful healing home! The location is so peaceful and the views are spectacular. Sitting outside is just so serene, and the smell outside was just divine! We did not feel like we had to leave to do any other activities; the sauna, hot tub, pool, and fire pit were amazing. So many places indoors and outdoors to hang out and enjoy. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. All was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The home is so well stocked with everything you may need; kitchen supplies, toiletries, ample towels, board games, yoga equipment etc. They even provided shower steamer tablets to make us feel like we were in a spa! I would definitely come back here. Thank you for an awesome trip!

We had a great time. The host was very proactive and communicated very effectively. When an unforeseen issue came up, the host addressed it immediately. A great place for our week long get away.
