I can’t recommend Daniela’s place enough! She was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations. She even went the extra mile to book a car rental for us. I’ll definitely stay at her place again when I return to Kotor.

Tive uma ótima estadia! O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos — limpo, confortável e bem localizado. Sinisa foi atencioso e respondeu rápido sempre que precisei. Recomendo para quem estiver vindo a Budva!

Pržno je malinké a čisto turistické stredisko. Apartman je čistý a veľmi pekný, všetko fungovalo až na teplú vodu, ktorá občas nešla. Nádherný výhľad, čisto a vybavenie všetko čo potrebujete. Milena je veľmi milá, bola nám každý deň k dispozícii. V auguste boli pláže preplnené, lehátka na pláži 30€ / deň, v Pržne nieje nič iba reštaurácie a potraviny. Autobus do Budvy premáva každých 15min. Peši 5 minút z Przna sa dostanete na skvelé a lepšie pláže až po Sv. Štefan 20 min peši veľmi peknými chodnickami v tieni. My sme chodili na tieto pláže aj 2 krát denne. Pobyt je podľa mňa vhodný pre tých, ktorý si chcúužiť more, pre rodiny s deťmi, oddýchnuť. Boli sme s deťmi aj starými rodičmi, sme spokojní.

This is our second stay at Tamara's place, but certainly not a last one. We are already planning to come back next year. We love the place, the location and having Tamara as a host. Everything suits us here, and we love it! ♥️

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

Gorgeous brand new unit on the ground floor. It was a close walk to the bus station without any stairs, which was a nice change from all the other locations I've stayed recently! This is about a 10 min walk away from the old walled town of Kotor, so just keep that in mind. But I knew this before booking and purposely wanted something a little quieter and without stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in 4separate apts in this bldg and this apt was my favorite. A huge plus is the common areas: pool, bbq, fire-pit, gym and spa area. When I come back to Montenegro I will stay here.

הייתי במקום לבד רק לילה אחד, הגעתי בשבע בערב ויצאתי בשבע בבוקר. בחרתי בו בגלל הקירבה לשדה התעופה . רק 15 דקות ברגל. Bozidat קיבל אותי מעכשיו לעכשיו כמעט בלי הכנה מוקדמת והסכים לכניסה מיידית. למרות ההודעה הקצרה, הנכס היה נקי ומסודר וערוך הייטב לקבל אורחים. Bozidat קיבל את פני בכניסה בלבביות, נתן הסברים איך להגיע למסעדות קרובות (יש שניים בטווח הליכה והיתר בנסיעה קצרה) והסביר איך לתפעל את הבית. המקום שקט מאוד, ונח. בדירה יש מיטה זוגית וספה. מים חמים, מזגן (התצוגה בשלט פגומה אבל זה לא הפריע לי להפעיל אותו). בקיצור סיפק את כל מה שהייתי צריך. אשמח להגיע שוב לפרק זמן ארוך יותר

Great apartment with two balconies, a very well equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi which was good for remote working! There was air con in all rooms too which was useful as it was hot on our first two days there. Excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood only ~10mins walk from the Old Town and beautiful Mogren beach. Would definitely recommend as a great base from which to explore Budva!

Un superbe appartement proche de Kotor. Fidèle aux photos, fonctionnel et pratique (serviettes de douches, lits confortables…) Baignade dans le lac à 1mn à pied, avec vue magnifique ! Bon rapport qualité - prix !Je recommande fortement !

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

L'appartement est moderne, presque luxueux et très bien équipé pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Centre ville à 30 mn à pied, et dans la bonne direction pour l aeroport. Marko nous a donné de très bons conseils et nous a bien dépanné.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing place with stunning ocean views! It’s very close to Kotor’s attractions, has a swimming pool, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment includes a stove and washing machine, which were super convenient. We loved it and will definitely return if we’re back in Montenegro! And the view 😲😲😲😲

Great apartment. We rented the apartment for more than two months. There is everything you need for a short/long stay. Milos is a very good host, always was in touch and helped with any requests. Thanks, Milos.

We had a great 2 night stay at Jasna's. The communication was great and the place itself is easy to find with simple access at any time. A quick 15 min/15 euro taxi from airport to the door. It is close enough walking distance to everything you will need to visit some sights and see the downtown, old town areas. The kitchen is not overly equipped but that was no issue for us and our needs. Overall a really great stay and definitely recommended for a short stay!

We had a great time in this cozy and modern apartment! Great location, very close to the beach. A cool terrace. The house has everything you need! Friendly communication with Mirko. In general, we were delighted and if we ever find ourselves in these parts, we will certainly book this apartment!
