The place was clean and quiet with fruit and breakfast items to get you started. The Dada in the area was very helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a place to relax and get treated right this is the place.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property itself and the staff are incredible! The area that surrounds the property might throw you off but inside the gates is a gem.

Mama Florah and her groundskeeper Eva were the BEST hosts you could ever ask for!!! Communication was great for our two month stay as they made sure that we always had whatever we needed. They were able to give us suggestions on places to visit and things to do or explore!! The compound in which we stayed had security at the gate every night so there was always someone there to make sure we were ok. We used Uber mostly to get around by car but only if it was too far to walk which usually we would do. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Dar es Salaam,Tanzania!!! Its perfect and it will be missed!! Thanks Mama Florah for the warm welcome and awesome hospitality!!!

Die Unterkunft ist ein historisches, perfekt restauriertes Gebäude mitten im grünen Busch. Mich haben insbesondere die Fenster, Türen und Möbel aus exotischen, tansanischen Harthölzern beeindruckt. Das sieht man in der Qualität und einem so guten Zustand selten. Das Holz war natürlich geölt und nicht lackiert. So muss es sein. Auf der Terrasse im 1. Stock ist immer ein leichter Luftzug. So wird es nicht zu heiss. Wir haben auch den Pool intensiv genutzt und die Managerin hat stundenlang auf unsere 3-jährige Tochter beim Baden aufgepasst. Zum Strand sind es 5 bis 10 Minuten Fussweg. Ein junger Mann hat mir den Weg gezeigt. Es lohnt sich. Viele Kilometer Strand ganz ohne Menschen. Für uns wurde nach Wunsch gekocht und das hervorragend. Ich habe den frischen Fisch in traditioneller Zubereitung sehr genossen. Überhaupt, das Personal war immer für uns da ohne je aufdringlich zu werden. Ich bin Deutscher und Vielreisender. It was good, what a peaceful stay.

Spent just 2 days at Peter’s place on the way to safari. Nice clean spacious place with the pool. Perfect for relaxing. There’s a help straight there , so everything was very fine . Will come back later this year

Bahati, as I mentioned, is the best host I have interacted with, she went over an above the expectations of anyone would have of a host. She was very helpful, her house was neat and it was comfortable to stay at. We went to Dar-es-Salaam for the first time and she was able to show us a variety of things to do. The house has helpers who are always a call away and they very kind and polite. The house is a state of the art mansion in a quiet neighborhood that anyone would want to come and unwind and relax. I would strongly recommend anyone who travels here to book her abode.

Angelina is a very welcoming host and helped us to organize our following trip to Arusha. She can recommend some local food spots nearby and even drove us herself to one of those. For people who need to spend a night in the area of Dar I can recommend this housing very much.
