I have been renting units in Arezzo for years now and I consider this one of the best unit I’ve been so far. It’s so comfy and the stuff are expensive—you can tell. It’s worth the money. Thank you for the wonderful stay! 🩷

Carol was an awesome host! We booked her place for a 3-day long exam and it’s a great place to stay, it being solemn, peaceful and had everything we needed. The place was also clean and comforting so we didn’t really need to adjust to the place for very long. Carol was also very helpful when we asked for considerations as our exam got postponed. Definitely will book again!

Lots of helpful security staff were onsite. Even at midnight there were cabs lined up at the entrance making a run to the airport effortless. Pool wasn’t crowded at all and was very clean. Convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance.

I give this place a perfect 10 out of 10. CLEAN. 2 refrigerators. Stocked kitchen. Safe. Easy and quick to get taxis. Everything was as described.

Homey vibes with a balcony view. Walkable to a church where we spent Black Saturday and to lots of establishments - laundry shop, massage, minimart, carenderia, etc. complete with things - from flat iron, blower, to kitchen stuff. Nice owner, he asked updates on our check in process. Also responds quickly to queries.

My family had a great time staying at La Donna's property. It was such a lovely home, super clean and cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect too, just walking distance to SM City Davao and close to everything else. The fast WiFi and available parking slot were a big plus. The unit is on the 2nd floor, but the building has an elevator which was perfect for us since we had a baby with a stroller. We’d definitely book again.

Great place to stay! Hosts were awesome. Slight non urgent door lock issue was fixed immediately. Clean, well furnished and decorated. Large bath and shower. Nice cold Aircon. Great views from patio. Roof Deck of building incredible. Staff pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.

The place has everything you need. At an economically rate, you actually get more than what you pay for like, complete kitchenwares, fridge, hot & cold shower, comfy big bed, cold airconditioner, and fast internet speed. Also, the room location is near from the elevator, which is really convenient if you have bulk of luggage you carry with you during your travel. However, if you are a bit picky or into an aesthetic/hotel-ish interior design of a room then this place is not for you. Rest assured, the entire place itself feels like home and it has a great view from the balcony since it's situated at the top of the bldg - best for early morning hot coffee. The host, Renalie, was accommodating enough to respond to our inquiries as well. Overall, we had a great experience during the entire period of our stay in this unit.

Had a great stay at Aeon Towers! The location is super convenient—just a short walk to Ayala Abreeza Mall. Perfect for anyone wanting easy access to shopping, dining, and everything in the city. Would definitely stay here again!
