The place is a good find. We had a wonderful weekend stay there at Gerald's place. They gave clear instructions on checking in and checking out. The directions they have provided is also clear and easy to understand. The place is cozy and can really accommodate big groups with enough kitchen utensils and amenities. We really appreciate that they have provided fresh and clean towels and beddings for everyone. We will surely book this place again! Thank you :)

Ms Hannah's place is near to the airport, we had a great stay, complete with soap, shampoo, towels and free water. the place is clean and quite. the Host is always responsive. Will definitely stay again if we came back to Davao

Very spacious house for a big group/family. If not in a hurry, you can walk to SM Lanang vice-versa. Clean and comfy house/bed. With free toiletries and an honesty store inside. Ms. Rose is very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for hosting us.

Un appartement au mouveau modele tres petit mais suffisant pour un couple avec petits enfants! Un peu eloigné de tout, pas de restaurant aux alentours, rien à faire à Davao!! Tout est centré dans les Malls( magasins, restaurants, boutiques … tout et tout) La seule plage est Samal ade l’autre coté du rive!

Our stay at Jan Doris place was absolutely wonderful! One of the biggest highlights was their incredible flexibility and Virginia’s responsiveness. We had to reschedule our arrival time due to a 10 hour land trip and ferry arrival and Virginia was immediately understanding and helped us re-arrange the check-in and Check out . They were also very responsive to our questions and provided helpful information throughout our stay, making everything stress-free. We truly appreciate their willingness to accommodate our needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a flexible and welcoming host."

Fantastic Christmas and New Year's Getaway! We just spent an incredible holiday season at this amazing property. The house was perfect for our family gathering, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. The friendly helpers made our stay truly unforgettable. They were always available to answer our questions and help us with some last-minute requests. The kids had an absolute blast playing pool and splashing around in the pool. The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped for our needs. We felt right at home and appreciated all the little touches that made our stay so special. Highly recommend!

It was a lovely stay at Rose's place! Her assistant, Myla, took good care of us throughout our time in Davao. Our big family fit quite well in the two bedroom condo and all 6 of us slept comfortably, big help! Everything you need for your stay is present: water dispenser (life saver), toiletries, extra foam mats and sheets, lots of pillows, cutting board; the works. Each room has its own AC and there is a powerful fan for the living room, so we were all nice and comfy. Overall, it was a great experience and our family is very thankful to Rose and her team for providing all the essentials, and then some, so we could focus on enjoying our mini-vacation in this wonderful city. Great place to stay for a while. Not far from the city but still quiet and not too busy. It is a safe area. The house has modern standards, everything was clean and tidy. We would stay again, if we are in the area.
