This is our ground floor two bedroom cottage. It has it's own separate entrance and parking for up to two cars. We are located in the centre of the village in a rural location, only 5 minutes from the local shop and 6 county pubs within 10 minute walk. Leamington Spa is 7 mls, Historic Warwick is 8 & Stratford on Avon 20 miles away. A private court yard with table and chairs for 6. Beautiful walks on the Canal and surrounding countryside. Many private golf course to play, who welcome guests.

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Entire private flat within charming cottage situated in picturesque country village. 10 mins from Market Harborough train station. (Only 1 hr from St Pancras Station.) Half an hr from Stamford & Rutland Water and only 10 mins from small market town of Uppingham. We offer two interconnecting double bedrooms with shower room and kitchenette with dining table in family home. First Bedroom on 1st floor and 2nd bedroom on second floor, within apartment. The house is situated 10 minutes away from Moreton In Marsh, a beautiful cotswolds town with great train links to London, as well as being close to Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace). The village has a great pub which is 1/2 a mile down a single track lane from the studio. Guests will be welcomed by either myself, Jo or Ken.
