The guest house is in a convenient location with easy access to shopping and food, which made things super convenient. It did rain quite a bit while I was there, and some water came in through the garage, but since the floor was cement, it was easy to clean up and didn’t cause any issues. Overall, a comfortable and nice place to stay!

The house was everything that was described, and you couldn’t ask for more from a host. Absolutely loved the place and would book with them again any day!

My husband and I stayed at the cottage for 3 nights and we were so pleased! We are night shifters and hopped on a plane right after work so we were exhausted. Heather was very accommodating and was nice enough to let us check in early for a much needed nap (on that glorious mattress). The location is great; less than a 30 minute drive from both downtown nashville and franklin, and about a mile away from the famous loveless cafe. The cottage itself was charming and cozy and had all the amenities you would need. Definitely recommend taking a bath if you get a chance-the water gets so hot which is perfect! The room darkening shades were very effective and the heater/AC kick in real quick. We didn’t communicate with Heather much because everything was great and we didn’t run into any issues, but she was very responsive during the check in process and we knew she was a text away. We hope to come back to enjoy the beautiful property again!

Ellen’s studio was a wonderful home base for our 5 day visit to Nashville. Free designated parking right in front of the unit was a huge benefit since we rented a car and parking is expensive in the city. We walked daily to music row and had our choice of 2 delicious coffee shops. Broadway bars and shopping, museums and music venues are a short drive away. The unit had everything we needed to be comfortable, comfortable queen bed, well stocked kitchen, small but well appointed bathroom and outdoor space.

L'hôte était extrêmement gentille, accueillante et répondait très rapidement à tous les messages, ce qui rendait l'expérience encore plus agréable. Le quartier est calme et paisible, tout est pensé pour passer un excellent séjour. Le seul petit bémol, c’est que les commodités et le centre-ville sont assez éloignés — il faut compter 30 à 40 minutes de marche, ce qui peut être éprouvant par temps chaud. Sinon, il faut souvent recourir à des Uber, ce qui peut devenir coûteux. Mais en ce qui concerne le Airbnb lui-même, c’était vraiment parfait. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We could not have asked for better hosts, a better location and a more comfortable stay. It’s a beautiful neighborhood, close to everything, and yet very private, quiet and safe. Our hosts gave us outstanding recommendations, we wasted no time settling in, and I’m not sure I’ve ever slept in a more comfortable bed. I slept so soundly. Lori and her husband are kind, cool and we felt like locals. Did pretty much everything they recommended. The place is super cool, plenty of room for a couple. We could tell by the things they had in the place for us that they are very thoughtful cool people. Perfect, I highly recommend if you like privacy and the neighborhood vibe, nice knowledgeable hosts and an extremely comfy bed. We’ll be back & many thanks.

My family and I truly enjoyed this space. Simply put, we will be back. The host was super helpful and responsive. The space was clean and you could feel it and soon as you walked in. The bedding smelt fresh and laundered (this is something you can’t always be sure of.) No dust or debris on the floor. The tv is small but it fits perfectly for the space and it was such an added bonus for us at the end of the night. The site facilities are great too! The playground is conveniently located directly across from the cabin and it felt totally safe to allow my children to walk over while we stayed back. Tons of wooden swings located all over the property. The personal fire pit and grill were a pleasant surprise. The facilities bathrooms also felt clean and were easily accessible. It was such a pleasant trip.

Inna was great, really good at communicating and was flexible to check and check out times which helped immensely during my stay. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in east Nashville. 5 stars all around!

We loved staying here for a long weekend. It was the perfect location - walkable to both 12 South and Hillsboro. The home and garden are peaceful and provided everything we were looking for. Thanks!

Stayed in a cabin, big bed and bunk beds, small but it worked out for 2 people, I hung up a make ship curtain so we had privacy, I was concerned about the a/c but it was nice and cold, fridge was just big enough and plenty of towels and even pool towels. The bathroom/shower was probably 50’ away nice and clean The pool area was a little old but it was nice to get in with the family I would give it a 5 ⭐️rating

We loved staying at this beautiful spot over a creek! So much love and attention to detail was put into this home making it is so welcoming and cozy. Every moment by the creek was something new to take in and enjoy. Our toddlers had a blast chasing fish in the creek and watching the snails under the bridge. Could not have asked for a better spot to stay. It allowed us to slow down and take in our surroundings more than usual! 10/10 recommend

Great stay. Easy check-in and peaceful camp area to have a bonfire at. Close to Nashville and other stores and food which was very convenient.

Tracey's place was the perfect location for our stay. It was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Nashville and the Nissan Stadium. Great restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet. Will definitely book Tracey's "Little Phoenix" if I find myself in Nashville again.

This is absolutely one of the best places to stay especially if you need two bedrooms for the price and location. You can’t beat how clean this place was, having everything you needed and great location!

We were in Nashville for a quick little weekend retreat to celebrate my birthday. Karen was amazing! Upon booking she asked our reason for visiting - I told her my birthday, so when we arrived there was a small gift, wine and a birthday card. She even had the most delicious muffins for us! Karen goes above and beyond as a host, so if you are considering this property I would highly recommend it! I will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Nashville!

My husband and I had an incredible stay! The home is absolutely beautiful and decorated well. The space is spotless and squeaky clean! We loved the private patio with the string lights and the area is very homey! The hosts are kind, helpful and very responsive. We definitely will be back and recommend this stay! :)

This was the sweetest, peaceful place we have ever stayed at. There were so many beautiful passages throughout the house that made us stop and think about how wonderful life can be. There were so many eclectic pieces to enjoy. The bed was so comfortable we slept in each morning. I loved all the all natural products throughout the house.
