The house is thoughtfully designed with one spacious main room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom w/ double bed, and a bathroom w/ shower. It’s also equipped with a washing machine and drying rack.

Nestled in a valley, alongside the Klondike River, our cozy, renovated, rustic cabin is a great way to experience a local off-grid, lifestyle. Come visit our Canadian Inuit dogs, be amazed by the northern lights or midnight sun and explore our multiple trails skijoring, snowshoeing, walking, x-country skiing or cycling. There is a traditional Mongolian yurt on the property as well as a growing orchard and permaculture farm. The property is in a peaceful, quiet valley 15 minutes from town.

Klondike Kamper

This Klondike Kamper is ideal for couples or small families with young children We have many days blocked off for maintenance, time away from home, etc., but can free up. Please message for availability. It is parked on our small acreage up the hill from Dawson City. Hiking trails right outside the door. We will be happy to give discount for children under 12. Two extra fold out beds in addition to the main bed. Larger group? Rent the cabin and/or more rooms as well. (Same property)

Located just up the hill on the other side of the Yukon river, you will get to enjoy a ride across river with the trusty George Black Ferry (running 24/7 free of charge).
