Onze plek ligt in het hart van de meest kleurrijke en populaire buurt van Amsterdam, de Pijp, om de hoek van het Sarphatipark en Albert Cuyp markt. De Pijp heeft een hoge dichtheid aan cafés, en veel leuke plekken om lekker te ontbijten, lunchen of dineren. Het ligt ook op een steenworp afstand van de rivier waaraan Amsterdam zijn naam ontleent: de Amstel. Bijna alle musea zoals het Van Gogh Museum en het Rijksmuseum, de grachten en het stadscentrum liggen allemaal op korte loopafstand.

I transformed this '19th century hay attic' on the second floor into a comfortable home (My 15 year old son and I live here). It is very light and spacious. The neighbourhood is filled with delis, bars and restaurants. Rijks, Stedelijk, van Gogh museum and the canals are around the corner. So are bike rentals, canal cruises, Paradiso and Concertgebouw. It is my home and studio (I am a designer), when I am travelling, I AirBnB it.
