Silverstar Barn

Silverstar Barn is located on 10 acres just 3 miles south of Watertown on blacktop road. It is approximately 150 feet from our residence. Rest assure that you will be left alone to enjoy your extended or weekend getaway. We have just completed remodeling the other half of the barn turning it onto another rental. Silver star Stables has it's own entrance and both units have there own patio doors, one facing east, the other west for private outdoor seating. Both units have there own grill as well.

The Historic Haunted Dairy Coach House (Sept/Oct)

During Sept/Oct we embrace local folklore and turn into the haunted dairy coach house ( enjoy our many creepy antiques) Centrally located in the sleepy town of Colton just minutes away from prime hunting and fishing and just a stones throw away from the biggest city in the state. The cabin sits on the same property as Tellberg's Gym LLC, which guests will also have access to. Forget some essentials for your trip? We are close to retailers. Need a bite to eat? There are several nearby places.

Cozy and Small near DT Brookings

This is a small space in a duplex home near downtown Brookings. It boasts a stand up washer and dryer, and a queen bed! The space is perfect for one person traveling, a couple or a couple of people coming to town to work. The second room has a twin in a very small space, should a second person want a bed or a third person possibly. Our hope is to offer an inexpensive location for people that are traveling to town, working temporarily in town, or need a quick stay on their way somewhere.

Come and enjoy our freshly renovated cabin located in the peaceful little town of Lake Preston, SD. We are located right in the heart of pheasant country! Our cabin is a wonderful base for your fishing outings. Lake Whitewood - 3 miles away; Lake Thompson - 4 miles; L. Poinsett - 20 miles; L. Henry- 21 miles; Dry Lake #2 - 27 miles. We have plenty of room for your boat/camper. Laura Ingall's Wilder's home is 9 miles away. Enjoy a very peaceful spot with the amenities of a small town.

The Windmill House

The Windmill House is located in Clark, SD. The kitchen is fully furnished, towels and bedding provided, washer and dryer available if needed. Sleeping arrangements include a king, twin, full, and hide-a-bed. Extra amenities include WiFi, Roku TV, games, outdoor grill, and a shed set up for fish/game cleaning. Clark has one of the largest public pools in the state, a 9 hole golf course, several excellent dining options, and some of the best fishing and hunting in SD.

Horseman's Hideout

Unique grainery on 10 acres converted to a cozy rustic living space. There is a bed on the main level and a bed in the loft area.This is on a hobby farm where you're likely to see dogs, free- range chickens, horses, and goats in the summer time. We have recently moved the Hideout to our new home! The ground around the guest house may be different but the view is relaxing and secluded. We love seeing your pets, but please keep them kenneled if you leave.
