We really enjoyed our stay. The private pool was pure luxury! The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless. The cleaners were really friendly too. The sea view is incredible. Easy to get down for a dip in the sea via the steps and the water is crystal clear. It’s quite a drive to get there on twisty roads but worth it if you want to get away from mass tourism. It was perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Our group ranged from 5 weeks old to 69 years old. The villa was well equipped for all, with thoughtful extras like toys, children's books and inflatables for the pool. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms was really important for us as I was able to cool my newborn if he got a bit too warm. Georgia has been incredibly helpful, providing extensive local info and recommendations. Georgia even invited us to a traditional village wedding celebration, which was a once in a lifetime opportunity for us!The pool is brilliant, with a shallow section for babies on one side. My 2 year old was able to stand in the shallow side. There are plenty of areas for sitting, sunbathing and eating around the villa, and the children's play areas were a great extra touch. There is a local baker's van that passes the villa each morning from which you can purchase fresh bread, as well as two local tavernas which will deliver food. Views from the villa are breathtaking. We would highly recommend a stay here!

We had a magical time here with our family in your beautifully restored house close to some stunning and quiet beaches (compared to others on south coast) we loved the bbq area and shaded courtyard for lunch. Although a small pool it was perfect for cooling off and kids loved it. The local beach Taverna’s were relaxed and delicious food. Thanks so much and hope to be back soon!

It's difficult not to over-state just how wonderful Despoina and Kosta are as hosts for this amazing venue. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and immediately blown away by the unit and it's surroundings. It matches everything stated in previous reviews. The area is gorgeous and we took in the Venetian harbor of course, the beautiful Kalathas beach which is just a few minutes away by car, Manousakis Winery and so many more sights. Mitsos BBQ is a great, reasonably priced eatery (huge portions) and SYNKA grocery has everything you need. We were honoured to meet and spend some quality time with Despoina and their neighbours and will never forget the hospitality we were shown. Magnificent venue and even more special hosts in Despoina, Kostas and their family. Hoping to be back!

Η ιδιοκτησία ήταν ακριβώς όπως ήταν στην περιγραφή και στις φωτογραφίες. Το βρήκαμε υποδειγματικά καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο με όλες τις ανέσεις ενός οργανωμένου εξοχικού. Η επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν άμεση, αναλυτική ενώ ή ίδια υπήρξε ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενη και απόλυτα συνεργάσιμη. Το ακίνητο βρίσκεται σε σχετικά ήρεμη τοποθεσία, με άνετη πρόσβαση και σε κοντινή απόσταση από παντοπωλείο, φούρνο και την πλατεία του οικισμού όπου υπάρχουν δύο καφενεία και ένα εστιατόριο. Είμαστε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη από την επιλογή μας και την φιλοξενία που μας παρείχε η ιδιοκτήτρια και την συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστούμε για άλλη μια φορά Νεκταρία!!

Zacharias is a very nice and friendly host, who was welcoming us very warmly. Very fast in responding with a lot of wisdom about the surrounding area and cretan culture. The flat is very cozy in a calm environment, perfect to ease the mind. We warmly recommend the flat and Zacharias as a host to everyone, who wants to spend a nice time in the west of Crete.

Et super dejligt sted for voksne. Vi var 2 par afsted. Hvilket var helt perfekt. Fine terrasser altid muligt at finde sol eller skygge. Fantastisk beliggenhed. Gå afstand til strand og landsby med fine taverner med super lækkert mad. Nikoss var altid hurtig til at svare på vores spørgsmål. En lokal dame tog imod os. Meget specielt med den lille private kirke. Vi var heldige at få besøg af nogle unge musikere som gav koncert i kirke. Stedet er væk fra de fleste turister så en ferie med ro og masser af indtryk. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne tilbage. Lidt svært at finde. Men spørg Nikoss om hjælp så fungere det perfekt. 😀kan kun anbefales.

Maria s place was great, surrounded by mountains and in a very peacefull and beautiful village, the perfect place to spend a few days relaxing on nature and a super friendly kitty neighbor. Totally recommended

Όμορφο καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο σπίτι με ιδιωτικότητα. Ο οικοδεσπότης επικοινωνιακός και φιλικός. Το χωριό παραδοσιακό, όμορφο πολύ κοντά υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ, φούρνος, ταβέρνες με εξαιρετικό φαγητό. Αξίζει να το επισκεφτείτε.

Amazing, quiet and peaceful hideaway. Just a fantastic place to relax and unwind. The space has everything you need and is surprisingly warm and cool at the same time. Our private garden was an amazing extra. Overall an amazing stay!

Wir hatten schöne ruhige Tage im Kelari Cottage :-) Die Unterkunft hat alles was wir brauchten und das Bett war sooo bequem! Die Wanderung nach Pefki durch die Schlucht lohnt sich sowas von, danach solltet ihr unbedingt in Pefki bei Maria essen - köstlich! Die Gegend ist hübsch, im März noch sehr menschenleer und verschlafen. Wir würden wiederkommen!
