L appartement est grand, très propre et bien situé. La plage et les restaurants se trouvent à 700 m. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et très gentils. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

Cordial & welcoming apartment. Balcony is amazing. Beds are very comfortable. Perfectly & strategically situated in the beautiful Greek town of Argostoli. There is free parking right at the street intersection & mini market is a 5 min walk. Minor improvements can be made in bathroom & shower / and home essentials products. Definitely recommend. I will be back very soon to Argostoli.

As far as hosting and hospitality goes, Athanasia went above and beyond and nothing was too much for her. We were given some really helpful tips and recommendations, especially on where to dine. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and lent itself perfectly to our needs, which was to have a property within close proximity of local amenities, whilst benefitting from privacy and quietness. The bed is super comfy and the shower is amazing. The kitchen was generously stocked with coffee (Nespresso machine and capsules) and utensils should you decide to cater for yourselves. Athanasia's property is aptly named Serendipity! Serendipity is a perfect and leading example of what is expected from an Airbnb property! Thank you Athanasia for everything and we'd definitely stay again!

Alexandra and the team are wonderful, responsive and friendly. the space and the pool is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. the wifi was fast and the beds were so comfortable. well worth the price. karavamylos is a beautiful little town. can't recommend enough!

we stayed 2 nights in Filothei's place , both times were excelent. Clean and beautiful apartment , with beautiful view from Gaios. Super friendly host. She did let us do the check in earlier so we didnt have to walk around with our lugagge. definetly recommend !

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location was ideal and next to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and it was good to have access to the washing machine. The bed was nice and firm with plenty of linens for cold nights. We also stayed warm with the heaters in each room. My friends and I really liked the restaurant next to the apartments. If you give them a day or two notice, they will get fresh fish and lamb for a big feast. We stayed for two weeks and the hosts were very communicative the whole time. The housekeeper is also really nice and if you are staying more than a week will bring fresh towels and linens.

Miejsce dla lubiących poczuć autentyczny klimat wyspy, kameralną wioska gdzie byliśmy jedynymi turystami. Jednocześnie ledwie kilka km do sklepów, barów i plaż. Niewielki, ale posiadający wszystko co trzeba apartament z widokiem na góry z własnego tarasu. W środku bardzo czysto i miło, zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Dojazd i parkowanie wymaga od kierowcy trochę skupienia i doświadczenia bo uliczki w górach są dość wąskie. Jeśli masz samochód to świetna baza wypadowa by zwiedzić całą północ wyspy. Jeśli jesteś na piechotę koniecznie zobacz wodospad Nymfes ledwie godzinę marszu z apartamentu. Gospodarze Janete i Derek bardzo uczynni i dostępni, zawsze chętni do pomocy. Πολύ όμορφο και ζεστό σπίτι. Ότι πρέπει για οικογένεια και ζευγάρια!! Όλα ήταν καθαρά. Η κ.Βετα ήταν ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι θέλαμε. (Μας έφερε και έξτρα ξύλα για το τζακι). Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό! Καθαρό, άνετο και με εξαιρετική αισθητική που συνδυάζει το μοντέρνο με το vintage. Η μεγάλη έκπληξη ήταν η ρετρό κονσόλα με κλασικά παιχνίδια – περάσαμε ώρα διασκεδάζοντας σαν παιδιά με το Golden Axe και το Street Fighter!

A great air bnb in a fantastic location! A short walk from the airport & again into corfu town itself made for the perfect stay! Plenty nice restaurants & cafes around & close to the windmill which was a great place for a swim with the locals. The apartment was clean & spacious, couldn’t fault it & would definitely stay again! The host gave us great recommendations & left some water/beers in the fridge for arrival! Only thing for me which is nothing really was there’s an emergency light in the living room/kitchen area & as I was sleeping in there on the sofa bed I found it a little bright, but I just got an eye mask & problem solved! But as I said a fantastic stay in corfu town & would 100% stay here again!

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο, καινούρια έπιπλα και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Ο Δημήτρης είναι οικοδεσπότης που ενδιαφέρεται να προσφέρει ποιοτικές υπηρεσίες φιλοξενίας, ανταποκρίνεται πολύ γρήγορα στην επικοινωνία. Η γειτονιά είναι πολύ ήσυχη αλλά σε 2 λεπτά με τα ποδια είσαι μέσα στα εμπορικά σοκάκια. Η αυλή του σπιτιού θα σας μαγέψει!

We had a great time! The house was very cozy , clean and well equipped with peaceful surrounding. We were very happy to meet Mr. Christos , he was very friendly, helped us with whatever we needed straight and gave us recommendations. We had a very nice experience in general and will definitely visit again. 🤍

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage/Heizung ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass seitens des Vermieters an nahezu alles gedacht wurde, um den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Bad und Küche hielten alles bereit, was man tagtäglich benötigt. Auch Getränke und Snacks standen zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft ist über eine steile schmale Straße zu erreichen. Die Pkw-Parkfläche ist für kleine Fahrzeuge vollkommen ausreichend und befindet sich direkt vor der Unterkunft. Wer auf Barbecues steht, wird mit dem direkt am Haus befindlichen Grillplatz seine Freude haben. Obwohl die Unterkunft von Häusern umgeben ist, hat man von der Nachbarschaft nicht viel mitbekommen, was einen hätten stören können. Speziell in den Nächten war es angenehm still und man konnte gut ein- und durchschlafen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Anna und Peter

Das Meeresrauschen ist von der Terrasse aus zu hören, einige tolle Bars/Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen und die Bushaltestelle für Ausflüge in die Stadt o. Ä. ist ebenso gut erreichbar. Die reibungslose Kommunikation mit Giorgos ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt :))

Appartement bien situé, bien équipé, proche du centre ville du port et de la mer, facilement accessible, belle vue de la terrasse sur la ville. A proximité tous les commerces sont là dans un périmètre de 100 mètre au grand maximum : poissonnerie, boucherie, boulangerie, primeur, et supermarchés. Un très bon séjour. Merci

We had an unfortunate start to our holiday when my wife lost her passport . Ellen was such an amazing support to us. She spoke to city police, airport police, taxi offices etc. Ellen was relentless and warm and assuring in her support and we are very grateful to her for that.

Everything was nice with the stay, the hosts, cohosts, location, neighbourhood; all very good.

Όμορφο και καθαρό σπίτι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, μας βόλεψε! τριγύρω είχε ότι χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια με παιδιά (φαρμακείο, supermarket, φούρνο,εστιατόριο, πάρκο με κούνιες κτλ). η παραλιακή με εστιατόρια και καφέ σε κοντινή απόσταση. Το συστήνω ειδικά για οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά.

Excellent location, a minute walk to the beach. Sea view from the main balcony. Very clean, exactly like photos. The apartment was well kept and taken care of. Hosts were responsive and accommodated for our late check in. Very nice people. Highly recommended!
