Beautiful villa in Valeriano over Koroni beach

The house is located at the foot of mountain Aenos, a few hundred meters before entering Valeriano village. The 40 sq.m apt at the basement on the south side of the villa, is fully equipped and airconditioned by two inverters, ideal for couples, families or friends. It consists of two airconditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a king size bed which also has a silent fan), a small living room with a TV, a fully equipped small kitchen, a bathroom, a yard of its own and a garden.

Wij bevinden ons aan de voet van de berg Kithairon, op 20' van het kristalheldere water van Porto Germeno en 10' van het schilderachtige dorpje Vilia met traditionele taveernes en cafés. "Levanta" is located at Davgata village just 15' away from Argostoli. Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. Our policy is to provide all 4 of them to one party at a time to ensure your privacy. Each one has its own unique identity and comfort. "Levanta" also contains a swimming pool with lounge chairs, a Bbq, an outdoor gym and wonderful gardens that surround the entire one acre plot.

I have 5x self contained studio apartments, all with en suite bathrooms, cooking facilities and private balconies. (all with sea views) The beach is only 5 mins walk away & a safe haven for children. Close to the taverna's (fresh fish & traditional food) Nearby village. Un-spoilt scenery, spectacular views, walking/biking tracks,on the door step. Tranquillity for a relaxing holiday. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

Just a few private steps...that's all it takes to get down to one of the top rated "Blue Flag" beaches of the island.
