Haus Ibiskus ist ein zauberhaftes Haus mit einem großen Schlaf/Wohnraum, abgetrennter Küche und Duschbad. Eine große Terrasse davor bietet Sitzplätze und Liegestühle. Der Blick geht auf das ca 30.000 qm große Grundstück mit vielen verschiedenen Bäumen und Blumen der Finca und auf die gegenüber liegenden Berge.

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

The house is an exclusive place situated less than 1 mile away from Deià, 500yd from Llucalcari and 4 miles from Soller. It is situated in a privilege place called Serra de Tramuntana. The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed

Muy tranquilo y soleado, un marco incomparable. El pueblo de Fornalutx ha recibido a nivel europeo varios premios por su conservación con el entorno. La casita se sitúa a solo 10-15 minutos del mar pudiendo pasar días de playa en el Puerto de Sóller donde podrá disfrutar de todas las actividades que desee. Está situada en el corazón de la Sierra de Tramuntana, por lo tanto es un punto de partida ideal para rutas de senderismo.

In the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built of stone, in a peaceful setting, on the outskirts of Deià. A 15-minute walk from Deià and a 3-minute drive. Hiking trails are close to the house.

Olvida el coche y vive como un local, en pleno centro pero en una pequeña calle peatonal donde el tiempo se detiene Distribuída en tres plantas y a diferentes niveles. 2 km outside the small village of Es Llombards/ Santanyi lies this small cosy finca for 2 persons. With a large living-dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, 2 people and toddler can spend a wonderful, peaceful holiday here. The outdoor area with plenty of seating and lounging options as well as sun and shade areas and an outdoor retro bathtub round off the comfort of the finca.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

Beautiful house with private terrace. Wonderful views. Licensed by the Consejería de Turismo as holiday home. Situated close to the Valldemossa Charterhouse, in a narrow and quiet street. Living room with large comfortable sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and terrace with views of the nearby rooftops.
