New, clean and spacious apartment very close to Shopping City Timisoara mall. Quiet neighbourhood. I would recommend having a car or using Uber or Bolt to get to the city centre although there is a tram station and a bus line in the proximity of the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and had a simply amazing time. Vesna and her son are wonderful hosts, they made us feel right at home and we're even generous enough to give us some delicious local wine. The property itself is a apartment that is large, with plenty of storage space and space to relax. The location is incredibly quiet, no noise at all at night (or during the day) so very easy to get a good night's sleep. The kitchen is well equipped with enough to prepare some home cooked meals, as we did a couple of times. It's a lovely space to relax in and you feel very much at home. The city centre is about a pleasant 30 minutes walk so very easy to do. There are vineyards/wineries in this part of town which are all delicious! Overall we loved our stay and couldn't recommend it enough, 10/10

O locatie foarte buna, la 10 minute de Opera.Apartamentul este unul old fashion dar decorat foarte frumos cu finisaje vintage, de cea mai buna calitate.Radu foarte ospitalier, ne-a fost de ajutor cu orice informatii am avut nevoie.Apartamentul este spatios, cu camere inalte, bucatarie mare, complet utilata.Cateva mici dezavantaje (din cele 2 bai, doar una are WC, iar cele doua dormitoare nu sunt decoamandata).Altfel, la nivel de experienta, locatie, confort, apartamentul are tot ce trebuie!

Wunderschönes Haus, abgelegen, ruhig - der perfekte Startpunkt für Wanderungen in der Sasca-Gegend. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen kleinen Aufenthalt braucht. Anca ist hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell auf jegliche Anfragen. Was man vielleicht beachten sollte: Der Weg zum Haus ist unbefestigt und führt über einen kleinen Bach - der Abenteuerfaktor ist sehr hoch, aber man benötigt ein entsprechendes Auto ;)

Ne-am simțit minunat ! Comunicarea a fost foarte ușoară, toate detaliile trimise în mesaj , apartamentul foarte frumos, exact ca în poze și curat. Dotat cu tot ce am avut nevoie . Multumesc! Și cu siguranță voi reveni!

My 3rd time in Iulian’s place. It is just perfect match for my needs: clean, modern, all-you-need Lidl just next to it, 10 min walk to downtown, 2 blocks to the river and the parks
