Welcome! This house was built in 1920 and has been beautifully restored. It's three blocks from the center of downtown Deland! Walk or take a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, checkers/chess table, cornhole, 4 bikes included, huge front porch for people watching, large natural gas fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and so much more! The bunk room upstairs has its own separate livingroom too! Nothing compares!!

It is - 6 minutes to a grocery store, - 12 minutes to Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, - 15 minutes to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive and - 30 to 45 minutes to the major theme parks, depending on traffic, - 4 minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles. Upstairs it has a 3rd bedroom with 2 built in twin beds and a 1/2 bathroom.

Blue Springs state park is 6 miles away and 45 minutes to Orlando. 5 miles to Bridal Oakes, and directly across the street from north west square. This is a non smoking house!

Our bathroom provides towels, shampoo & conditioner, and a hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Leather couch with reclining seats, two leather reclining chairs. House has well water, which has been tested, and safe to drink

There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom; a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom; a white queen-size and blue twin-size sofa beds in the large living room. Towels, bed linens, kitchen towels/cloths, and a fully equipped kitchen are there for your convenience. Use the socket covers found in the kitchen storage closet to protect smaller children.
