Reduce the sofa-TV distance. 2. Face Sofa to the TV. 3. Make TV viewable from the Kitchen. 4. Improve Sofa location to ACs and Heat. 5. Reduce Energy Bill without sacrificing Comfort. This is a great house but its a challenge to alter the layout. Please accept of apologies for any inconveniences.
