This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. No need to leave the house for anything except food. We use DoorDash, after the first night there because there were plenty of amenities right there. The very impressive kitchen has all cooking utensils and appliances needed. The theater is nicely decorated with a popcorn machine which gives the full movie experience. The pool table and air hockey were so much fun. The Pack-Man game was already a blast, then to find out it has a ton of arcade games on the system made it even better. The meditation room was a highlight of our stay. You'll get relaxed as soon as you approach the doorway. The gym was yet another amenity that we were impressed by. You get a pretty good workout while reading the motivational quotes on the wall. We used the grill that's conveniently on the patio at the entrance. This was my husband's first Airbnb experience so it set the bar high. The hot tub was great with privacy. I'll try the beautiful pool next time.

Had an amazing stay for my girlfriends birthday. Great place to stay if you like being able to have some of the comforts of home. There’s also books with things to do in the area which we found very helpful. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our time. Lots to do in the area and very close proximity to Baltimore and DC. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Cute little first floor unit with a few small stairs to get in. Away from the attractions so you aren't tempted, but close enough to get there if you wanted. Decent sized back yard and a cute little deck right off the kitchen. Lots of space for sitting. Just be aware, the driveway apron is a really high angle and the street is very crowned. If you have a standard car and not an SUV you will scrape. I damaged my front bumper on it, but that is my fault for parking in the driveway not Meghans. Based on the previous reviews, and current condition of the place, it really does look like Meghan is making good investments towards the property. I would recommend this unit and return again in the future.

I came here on the first day of spring with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday and I honestly can’t say enough great things about the place. Wendy is a true Superhost, leaving great snacks and beverages which was a blessing for us because we stayed inside that whole first day. She allowed early check in which we truly appreciated. Popping in to say hi and check on us, she is an absolutely hilarious and kind person. Feeding the swans daily was an absolute dream! I even got to take some great birthday photos with them. The screened in porch and backyard was a wonderful hangout spot, absolutely ideal on a warm day. The place actually felt really clean when we got there, which is something we often don’t experience in Airbnb. The bathroom shower was absolutely amazing!! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. This place is an absolute steal, and I highly recommend you book it if you’re looking at it. I truly hope to come back in the future. Thanks again Wendy!

Katherine and Shelby's place was in a great location. They even let us park in their small driveway while they parked on the street. Parking in DC is at a premium. The place was actually even bigger than we thought and they had just about anything we needed on hand. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and when a small issue came up with the stove they took care of it promptly and apologized for the inconvenience. We would definitely come back to their place in the future and highly recommend them to other guests. Thanks Katherine and Shelby! :-)

I came with a group of girls to visit DC and Andy was a very responsive host, always trying to help us feel as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the large space that was there and it was comfortable for us.

Great place to stay! Location was great and in a safe neighborhood. Michael was very helpful and responsive to any questions, including before we booked the stay. The breakfast fixings and bottle of wine provided was a great perk. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to the Wilmington area!

Came here for my 30th birthday with some friends and it was the most amazing time! There’s so much to do at this house! We went kayaking, hung out in the hot tub, played lawn games, made smores with the fire pit, grilled and used the zip line. The interior was also very fun! It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Brooke was extremely communicative and accommodating. I would love to come back in the future!

We had a beautiful long weekend, gorgeous views, pet friendly so our lil beasts could have a great time too, and the hosts were very kind, accommodating and responsive. Would absolutely come back! Try the oysters ! Hang out by the fire pit! Kayak along the sandbar! Wonderful spot ❤️

This house and property is really special. It is a beautifully maintained and renovated old house, and has great views of the woods and the creek. We enjoyed evenings on the beautiful porch taking in the views. The house itself was well appointed and clean, with minimal/essential furnishings. A few other reviews did mention the noise from the highway and it is true—though it did not disturb us except for in the night, when an occasional loud truck might pass. It was a great base for my family and two small dogs to explore the local sights. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Some friends and I stayed for a long weekend for my birthday. The house is a very special place, with both beautiful historic details and modern conveniences. We had a great time grilling on the patio and relaxing in the hot tub. The lake and property is very peaceful and a good place for bird watching. One day we took a beautiful spring walk around the lake at Parvin state park which is a short drive away. The kitchen was probably the best stocked of any rental we’ve stayed, with every tool you could possibly need! The rooms were spacious and bright, and every bed was very comfortable, including the pull out couch in the super cozy lower level. The 7 of us had a great time and would very happily return again! Ernesto was an excellent host and very quickly responded with any questions that popped up. Thanks to him & Alan for a wonderful stay!

When we arrived, we really didn't have the actual floor and room # from the outset, but Michael answered when called! Also, we had a morning when we locked ourselves out accidently.... He responded to our call immediately and helped us resolve the problem. Kind host, great views of the ocean, just a few steps to the beach! Would stay here again!!!

Adair was very communicative and the condo was amazing! The decorations were a standout and made the unit feel like home.

Beautiful place to stay in Ocean City, most likely will come back again! Very good for couples, the hot tub and overall environment felt very cozy and made for a great romantic evening. Bob is very nice and down to earth, and made for a great host, responding to any of our questions pretty quickly. The view from the balcony was stunning, and the balcony made the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. 10/10 would stay here again :)

Michelle is a great host, very friendly and helpful. I appreciate her driving me to where my mother is staying. She gave me a little token before I left, so sweet. I’ll book her place again when I go back to DC to visit my mother.

Was a place to rest our head for the night after picking up my puppy from the breeder. She was very accommodating to the change in time for check in. Definitely would book again if I’m ever in the area.

we thought Dan,& Diane were great host. Beautiful place and my Dog,and Bird had a wonderful time.The unit was very clean,great AC,and Ice maker. You could not of asked for anything more,the 6 boat slips in front of you, (Private people) were nothing but polite and we enjoyed many conversations with some of them.The large porch with a gate was one of our favorite parts.You can walk to restaurants, Bar, and lots of entertainment. ( Fishing, silver Bullet) We think we would book this place again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME. It's not real big,( inside) but all you need TV,coffee maker, Toaster,plates,bowls,microwave, and plates,bowls, silverware. I rate the place a 10,and can't wait until we can go back. My wife and I had a great time visiting Northern Virginia. Emanuel is an exceptional host who made sure our stay was pleasant and safe. We will gladly come back if we return to the area.

The place was perfect for our needs! Jacie was very clear about things like parking and noise so that my expectations were managed well. the place was super cute and had everything we needed. loved the laminated instructions all over the home and Jacie was very easy to communicate with. Great experience overall!
