James and the lady who checked us in were both really friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations for local places to eat and see. I would definitely stay there next time we visit! The kids loved the bunk beds.

Had a lovely 3-night stay at this beautiful twin room near the seaside! The location was perfect just a short walk to Llandudno Pier, the promenade, and all the main attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive, helpful, and made check-in super easy. We especially loved how peaceful the area was, and it felt safe and welcoming the entire time. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Llandudno on foot and enjoy a relaxing coastal getaway! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This was a great option for a last minute overnight stay with my 7 year old. The location was fantastic, our host was really welcoming, and having stayed in many hostels around the world (without kids), I would recommend it! I'd definitely considered booking again for our next stay in Llandudno 🙂

Great value for a 2 night seaside stay with my daughter. Very responsive to texts before trip, phoned to offer a choice of rooms and arranged early check in to time with train arrival. Complimentary Easter chocolate for my child on arrival, friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was perfect. It was a lovely stay, our room in C7 has the best views of the Bala Lake. Clean and comfy room..Staff are so welcoming and helpful. Only negative part was the smoking area was a a bit far. You have to go down a hill walk to reach their designated smoking area. but not a big issue. I love the leisure facilities which came included in our room rate. Theres really so many activities to try on in this hotel. The food was brialliant too. I would like to extend my gratefulness to the Bala Lake Hotel staff and management for their complimentary welcome and birthday pack they have put up for my partner. Huge thanks for this extra service. I would definitely be coming back to this hotel and refer to this to my friends and clients.

Amazing stay at the Bala lake hotel. We had loads of fun participating in Field Archery, Zip lines, using the spa and borrowing bicycles so we could adventure off around the local area. Highly recommended and we will hopefully will be back in the summer when it's a bit warmer!

Lovely stay, sat with a great outlook over the lake and the staff where outstanding really friendly, one of our party was gluten free and the restaurant staff knew the menus without the usual, let me just check ….

We had a fab stay! The place was cosy for two -as expected from the photos and description- but perfect for our needs and a great base for the activities we had planned. Eryl was very accommodating and thoughtful. The room had everything we needed, and it was a nice touch to find milk in the fridge on arrival. We also really appreciated all the helpful advice provided. Thanks again!

Stayed whilst visiting family. Was lovely to have the run of the whole flat even when Elaine was home too. Stunning apartment with gorgeous views. Easy walk into the town and also down across the golf course to the beach.
