Great place, great location and John was really helpful and tentative!

We had a fantastic stay at the Ballroom. We knew it would be lovely from the photos but were not prepared for just how big the place was..it's huge! The location could not be better. So close to all the restaurants and cafes but at the same time quiet. Melbourne coffee and Sorisso Italian opposite are both brilliant and I would recommend checking these out. Sam our host was great with communications and Debbie who took care of us on arrival was very attentive and made us feel most welcome.

Mohammed’s place was really warm and cozy and had everything I needed. Mohammed was very helpful and pleasant and on hand in case there were any problems which there wasn’t. I would highly recommend you won’t be disappointed 👍

Beautiful, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing apartment—perfect for a girls’ weekend! The two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it super comfortable, and the kitchen and living area were stunning. The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like chocolates, games, and room fragrances. Great central location, very safe with a Ring doorbell, and a lift for easy access. Smooth check-in/out, and the host was very responsive. We loved it and will definitely be back!

This is self-contained first-floor apartment, finished to high standard, and well fitted out with everything you’d need for a stay here. Alan and Carole are lovely people, helpful and caring, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful lodge in a quiet surrounding just perfect to chill for a few days. Excellent very well maintained little extra made this well worth the money, though we didn’t see our hosts and this is most definitely not a negative as we prefer that we also knew that if there was anything me required or needed they were on hand. Highly recommended.

With such a short notice Kiran responded to our request quickly. Information on given how to get there, sat nav will not take you direct to the property, and what was available in the local area was very useful. The accommodation was as described and extremely well presented. The whole flat was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. Matlock Bath and the area has lots to offer, to stay here with a beautiful view from the window is worth while. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Kiran.

We had a delightful long weekend in Karl's flat. Everything was just as we expected from the listing on Airbnb, Karl was very easy to communicate with and helped us settle in, so we felt right at home straight away. The flat is very comfortable, has everything you need, and really feels like a home from home. I'd recommend it, and look forward to staying there again next time I'm in Buxton.

We had a lovely stay at this property! We booked extremely last minute due to other accommodation falling through and were pleasently surprised by how modern, clean, and comfortable the flat was. I would definitely book again.

I stayed at The Hayloft whilst looking for a place to rent of my own, the house became like my home and I truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside and how private it felt. The house was pristine and they had a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, it was amazing to get a chance to use their place as a stepping stone. I would’ve loved to have stayed on. The hosts were extremely nice and responded to all my queries, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone I know and don’t know!

Garden Retreat is a lovely ground floor apartment with direct access to a lovely garden. The property was spotlessly clean with lots of additional touches such as phone chargers and torch. It was actually larger than I expected. It was comfortable with everything I could need and more. A large kitchen, comfortable lounge and quiet bedroom. The shower is blissful! Jonathan is lovely, welcoming but also respectful of privacy. There if needed. It’s about a 25 minute easy walk into Belper with its shops and eateries. Lots of great walks from the apartment and Belper. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit with my two dogs. I do hope I can visit again.

Beryl was a wonderful host! We stayed for 1 night as a quick stopover on a long journey and Beryl was very accommodating. Even though we booked with very short notice the space was immaculate so we could tell Beryl had very high standards. Everything was spotlessly clean and as described. We had a great nights sleep and the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Even though we didn’t have the opportunity to use it due to our fleeting visit, the patio seating area was really nice and no doubt a great place to enjoy the countryside air. I would highly recommend Beryl’s place.

This was a lovely weekend break and the apartment was beautiful. The instructions Kathryn provided were accurate and assisted by images. The apartment itself is beautiful and homely. Barlow is a great central point for many areas which we appreciated. The Peacock across the road is perfect. Dog friendly too. All in all, a fabulous stay in Barlow.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gareth was so welcoming and friendly. His place was clean and stylish with everything we needed for our weekend. There is a lovely outdoor space with beautiful views of the surroundings. We appreciated the ample parking. It is in walking distance to local activities like Go Ape, and also into Buxton itself, where there are lots of nice places to eat and drink. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Buxton.

Really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is both a great location for walking in to a Buxton and also ideal for driving to places like Mam Tor and Kinder Scout. Apartment was very homely, the hosts provided basics like milk & biscuits (much appreciated). We were left to our own devices but the hosts were on hand to help with anything we needed. Amazing apartment exactly as in the pictures. Really great location with it being right next to the cinema. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Shower was really nice. TV had Netflix etc for streaming which was really good. Could also play music through a speaker in the apartment or through the TV. Would definitely stay here in the future.

The apartment was very centrally located so easy walking distance to all the local amenities. Apartment itself was great too, very clean and spacious. Great information on local restaurants and amenities provided in the welcome pack. Good communication from hosts with concise instructions for checking in and out. Quick to respond to queries too, would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and responsive host, easy to access and nice comfortable location. A slightly long walk from town centre which we didn’t fully realise but it’s nothing a quick 5 minute taxi journey can’t solve :)!

Kiki was super helpful and responded quickly . The condo was comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and markets.

The apartment was beautiful, clean & very easy to find. It was just a couple of minutes walk from the city centre & local public transport. I would highly recommend this apartment & I will definitely be booking here again next time I am in Nottingham. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
